    I notice I have a private message in reply to one of my threads.
    However, I don't know how to get it.
    I click on the link, then what?

    Notifications. Top right on the page. It should be highlighted in red.

    You should be able to hover over the red box at the top that says Notifications and that will drop down to show you "Inbox". Click that and it will take you to your private messages.
