Too much time to kill in the morning, but the other non-stop alternatives are 6:25 AM or 7:25 PM. That's way too early for our 50 mile drive to the airport and the other is way too late to get to Vegas.

Good news is we bought EB on SWA and got A30 & 31.

Yea, but another night in the kennel for the canine, the Park n fly comes out to another $140.
I know, quit my bitching, I'll be in Vegas today. :wink2:

I have a 240 out of LAS on my way home. I'm happy because it's a Sunday and last thing I want to do Sunday morning is wake up at 6am for a flight. Now I can take my time, relax a little and head off to the airport. Got the first class seat too.

Agreed. All nonstop flights in and out of Vegas should depart at noon. Not too early .... not too late ..... makes arrival times from most places perfect. Someone should let SWA know they are doing it wrong.

I always want the earliest non stop flight going and earliest coming home. 6 am flights are all I want I have a problem sleeping at night, so I am usually up early anyway. I have no problem getting to the airport early.

I agree. Our return is scheduled for 8:30 AM. Shower, pack and get some breakfast and we're getting up at 4:30 AM. We always get to the airport two hours ahead. Take our time, no rushing and have a couple of "cheap" airport drinks.

When it's time to go, it's time to go! If I have to wait, I'd rather wait in Vegas.

Suck it up and do the early one :) you are in Vegas before 9, it's like an extra day vacation. That's the flight we always take out of MKE. Of course I'm 10 minutes from the airport :)

I would take the 6:25AM flight. It's better to have more hours in Vegas.

Yeah unless you work half a day, it is a waiting game till takeoff. I always do that awful 6am flight just so I experience the agony all at once vs hours of waiting. Good luck out there!!

I do the midnight flight back. I milk every last second in Vegas. 3 hour flight back and a 3 hour drive from airport to house... Usually get back just in time for work at 9 am lol

Yeah I used to like the early flight but found no matter what going from Vegas to NY the whole day is shot so began leaving closer to Noon. Don't have to worry about sleeping in and can get a nice breakfast in before departing

I love the 7:25 PM. flight, but my drive is only 25 minutes from the south, home to MKE. Took the 6:25 AM. last trip and it was pushing it, Was dragging at 10 PM. I'm a fan of earliest to Vegas, latest to home.

Me too. I take the early flight in, get into Vegas before 9 and take the late night flight back. We usually do Sunday-Saturday so even though we get in after midnight we still have a day before going back to work. If I had to return on a Sunday I would consider an earlier flight. And the earlier the flight the less change of a delay.

I like arriving in Vegas early in the mornings so that would mean red-eye flights from my home. I also prefer to take early morning flights from Vegas back home so we plan for that by adding an extra day to our trip.

I don't care for early flights anymore....this next flight to Vegas is an 8:30 p.m. Don't care for this late of a flight either but out of Cleveland they have one direct flight on United and 8:30 p.m. On March 25th is it.

Vegasvic, JeJas, I agree! We love the early morning flights also. You arrive in Vegas early enough to have breakfast and the whole day of gambling! however, that is not the case on this upcoming trip. We get in late, 10pm. Kind of a waste but it was a scheduling issue. Hey, not complaining, we will be in Vegas. Nothing wrong with that!
