Did CET change the way the "clock resets" with reward credits?

My reward credit expiration always used to change every time I added new reward credits with Social Rewards or the Total Rewards Visa, but now it is only resetting after I play at a CET casino? Did CET change the policy or something? That could be a problem for some people who can't get to a CET casino that often.

As of 2/2 social rewards additions changed the expiration date and as of 2/16 the total rewards visa changed the expiration date. Do you have a later redemption that didn't?

I always thought that Rewards Credits expire in 6 months unless you earn a Tier Credit after getting the RC, then it resets and expire 6 months from then and so on.

It's weird because I had TR Visa additions that didn't advance the expiration date at all. It stayed at one date for over a month until my trip to Atlantic City this weekend. I'm trying to figure out what's going on.

    From the total rewards faq:

Total Rewards - Do Reward Credits expire?
How do I keep my Reward Credits from expiring if I can only visit a property once a year?

We appreciate your interest in the Total Rewards program! Your Reward Credits will stay active as long as you earn one Reward Credit every six months. If you only visit once per year, there are several ways to keep your balance active:
•Redeem all of your Reward Credits during your stay.
•Purchase at least $5 in virtual coins by playing any of our TR Social games on Facebook. Reward Credits earned from purchasing coins will post to your account within 7 days of each purchase.
•Apply for the Total Rewards Visa and earn Reward Credits for your purchases. Reward Credits earned from purchases made using your Visa will post to your account within 5 business days of each purchase.

•Redeem Reward Credits via the TR eCatalog (and earn Reward Credits when paying the difference with a credit card) at www.totalrewardsorders.com.

Mine hadn't changed either at the beginning of the year but it finally did the last time I checked. I have only used my total rewards visa, haven't gambled. Maybe it was just a glitch.

Yeah, I think you are right. It just updated with a $10 credit from Social Rewards. It was stuck for a while though so I couldn't figure it out.
