No pics from downtown but had a blast. The D was a lot of fun (hadn't yet visited). Great dealers and $5 craps. Now back to the strip and clean up time.

Been playing Pai Gow poker since 2 pm. I swear to you I've won maybe 7 hands. The rest have been pushes or losses.

I'm going to invent the reverse lottery for people like me.

Having said that we're having a blast! Love this town.

Finally caught back up to this. Good stuff! I didn't get around to checking Aria bars with quarters. Trip way too short... :( Do they have 6/5 Bonus where quad Aces pay 400 for quarters still? I'm hoping that's the "best" game left now. PGP has been rough on bartop VP at MLife it seems. Monte Carlo hasn't been touched...yet.

Pai Gow is a very frustrating game that way, though I do like the long stretches of pushes to keep you going!

What's the drink policy at Gem bar? 30 minutes, tickets? Any of that?

Looks like a nice quiet spot.

Not sure, but I'll check today when I go down.

Definitely like that it's slower moving. Nothing like lighting all your money on fire in ten minutes at blackjack.

Typically one per 30 minutes if you're playing max credits, but if you chat up the bartender, they tend not to care. It's a great little spot and almost never crowded.

Inquiring minds want to know... What is a "Shrimp Prawn"?

A little behind here...just catching up.
Great TR & loving the food porn! I want to hop on a plane right now! I have never eaten at Morel's but the menu looks delish. Found an interesting item under Chilled Seafood: "White Shrimp Prawns". (Yes- I am a bit OCD :D)

We've always loved that place. Unfortunately the experience this trip may have eliminated it from our choices for future trips. :(

    Great Bloodys though!

Pretty decent but nothing earth shattering. Not sure what's next. Maybe some day drinking at Todd English pub followed by some Pai Gow and/or VP.

I was disappointed with Bobby Flay's burger joint. You would think, as a celebrity chef, your name in focus, that your product could at least compete with what I can do at home. The cooks at Citizens within MB put out some great steak and straight cut fries without fame. Why can't Bobby frickin' Flay?
( Sorry; I grew up in a wholesale food business family, so I have issues. lol )

Lovin' the pics, porn and TR and I was reminded by the title of the thread of what I've neglected...

    - Happy Anniversary! + Enjoy the remainder of your trip!...

I had it in Cincinnati. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich more than the burger myself. Burger was too charred on the outside for my liking. Prices were reasonable though with his name on it.
