Diablo's has been unfazed by the park so far. Maybe a few plywood sheets still covering the South side of the windows in places (but those may be gone by now). Ate there in Sept. Food was average at best and drinks were a little light on the alcohol, especially for the price paid. Glad it was free on a comp from Monte Carlo.

I wouldn't be sad if it was gone.

*edit* I'll be there next week and give you an update if you like.

Thank you for the offer BadKarma, very nice.

The thing is, I'm meeting some people there (next week!) for drinks and one has to use a scooter. I was worried about her getting in there & getting around, i.e. wondered if it was like a construction area with scaffolding & narrow passageways etc. (I always imagine the worst!)

If anybody has been in or by the area, can you let me know what it's like. She's going to call but not sure how forthcoming they would be.

There's an entrance to Diablo's just inside Monte Carlo next to Sambalatte. It's a long wheelchair ramp if I remember correctly.

And the main entrance out front has large doors and no obstructions. The construction barricades are the on the street next to Diablos, not really near any of the entrances. I saw people using scooters around that area last time I was there. You shouldn't have any problems

Thanks again! They are coming from Mirage so sounds like it will be OK. I wish you good karma
