Just thought I would share some pics of the newly renovated rooms.

This is the North Boulevard Suite room 3889.

The rooms are very bright and all the rooms have a refrigerator.

As of now only floors 36 - 38 have been remodeled.

I have always booked on comps. I think the comp value is $400 per night with the adjoining room,

They have only remodeled 6 of the Boulevards, so they might be hard to come by.

Very nice; my big complaint with PHo has always been how dimly lit the rooms are....this looks nice and bright!

Nice room. I do like the extra light.
Wonder if they plan on placing a frig in every room.
Not sure I would ever qualify for one of those rooms comped.
Hopefully they plan on doing the same for the Resort Vista rooms.

The PH Boulevard suites were in desperate need of renovation. I like the new sectional, but find it is not well centered around the TV. The suspended couch is a nice gimmick, but too far from the people sitting on the sectional. I really miss the pool table/air hockey table. The updates to the bedroom and bathroom are nice. The hardwood floors are probably the biggest upgrade.

The whole room seems to be about clearing everything out and adding a sectional, useless couch, and a little dining table. This room was about having a party. Now, the sitting arrangements are more situated towards isolation.

The Ultra Hip rooms have a fridge and a coffee maker.
