DW and I played there one afternoon last August, now they are sending us each a 3 night comp with free play. We only played about $100-150 each that day. My question is, I am thinking of doing a quick (2 night) solo trip with a limited budget, so can they turn around at the end and take away any of those comps they had already given me?? Do you need to pay resort fee on those free nights there? Trying to figure if I am better off staying home.

    Use it and abuse it.

You won't ever get another one.

That's what I thought... hopefully they wouldn't take away DW's comp if she wants to go another time.

Probably would. Maybe worth not giving her card if she doesn't plan on accumulating many points in order to use the offer later (or book ahead of time before this trip)

Are you worried about Wynn charging you for the room if you low play them?

I signed up for my Wynn card (jan 2015) and received a similar offer last year. I went in June.
3 comped nights and I did have to pay the resort fee.
They didn't take any of the comps ( it was an email offer) they offered away, and I spent half my time at the poker table.

I now received just the Wynn standard offers. Low play and poker will do that.

Yup, was there for a couple of nights the first week of the new year on a comp and was told upon check in that resort fees were optional.
They charge $18.99 per day for in room wifi, which i didnt use even though the wifi on the casino floor sucked. Best place I found for reasonable wifi reception was ouutside the sportsbook or in Encore.
As promised no resorrt fees on checkout

Free nights? Take the money and run to the Wynn. Standard is all I get and I play much more than that. Good Luck.

For sure take it. I have never been offered for free nights and have had more play than you have (not trying to put you down I am a low roller myself).

They worst that can happen is they never send you another offer again.

I had a similar offer a year or so ago.

I hadn't set foot in the Wynn in years so it was a total fishing expedition on their part. I stayed there and gave them some play but ended up cutting my trip short due to an illness in the family. The fine print says they could charge you but I wasn't charged. I did have to pay resort fees.

I will not use another offer from them though. The 2x craps odds are a no-go for me.

So like shifter said...use it and abuse it!

I only played once at Wynn a couple years ago.and stayed overnight in a friends room. I have been receiving emails since then for Comp mid-week nights with FP between 175 to 300, but I work M-F for a living and only go to Vegas on weekends. The offer says resort fees and taxes may apply. The most recent offer is valid until April this year. I am not a high-roller and I am surprised at the offer as I also thought the Wynn was geared towards the highest of rollers.

Really? Interesting. Where is it Packer, now that they rearranged the floor when they went 2X max?

Easy way to be sure is to call them and ask if they have a minimum playing limit to get the comp.

I ran a couple hundred through slots at WYNN about 7 years ago and got teaser offers for 2 or 3 years. I don't get them anymore, but I still get offers for $129 weekday $209 weekend with buy 2 nights - get 3rd free offers. So low playing probably won't entirely kill you.

Make sure you read all the fine print with your offer, that way you can see if there are any "clauses" that require you to put in play to receive the comps. I've seen some offers that show in the fine print that you have to put in a certain amount of play to receive the comps or the offer is dependent on the amount of play you put in.

But then this Wynn offer sounds like a teaser offer. They are giving you the comp nights to see if you would be worthy of receiving more comp offers based on your play there. Like others have said, best to just use the offer if you are a low roller because it isn't likely you will receive more comp offers based on your play. I had that offer many years ago but unfortunately couldn't use it. Now I just get their regular offers of $129 a night or something like that.

I've been getting this offer for a couple years now, I'm finally taking the offer in a couple weeks, knowing I'll probably never get it again. Don't worry about you low rolling on them, the worst that'll happen is you won't get another offer. What's funny is I just got a bellagio offer last week a couple weeks after I booked the encore offer and I have never had an offer from bellagio until now. I had only played one time on an mlife card last time I was in Vegas at nyny and have only gotten a teaser offer from nyny from mlife.

I received a similar offer from them back in 2012. Three free nights (at the Encore). I happily took them up on it. I can't remember if I paid resort fees.
While there, I gambled very little in their casino - luck was not with me at all so of course I went elsewhere. The nights were still free though.
Never got another free offer from them.

Definitely use the offer. The rooms are fantastic - the bed was amazing. So comfortable!
