Did anyone make the switch to Cosmo and what offer did you get?

I was wondering if anyone took Kevin Sweet up on his offer to match any existing offers.

Curious if they matched any large slot play or resort credit, as well as any very inexpensive hotel rooms.

Should I send him an email and if so what should I ask for to get the best offer?

What were the specifics of your offer if you don't mind?

To get the best offer, I would assume you would have to forward to him your best offer from another casino. :)

I reached out to Kevin and he responded promptly and politely...

He was willing to match my Aria offer 1-for-1... working on final details now.

He pretty much matched my Bellagio offer. FP & Food. Just forworded a recent email with offer.

Of course, if your offer is for $50, no FP and room discount... well.....maybe not so much. But, what is the worse he can say?

Got my COSMO offer booked. I am having to pay resort fee at COSMO. In my MB/DELANO offer the fine print says a resort fee MAY be added to your room. I have stayed on comp offers from DELANO since they opened and I've never been charged a resort fee. Room I was given at COSMO is 120square feet smaller than room at DELANO. Hope this information is helpful.

I'm sure you can get the resort fee removed at the end if your play warrants it.

Not sure if you were given the studio terrace or the 1 bedroom terrace but personally I prefer both Cosmo rooms to Delano. I used to love THEHotel at Mandalay Bay, but after Delano took over I just can't warm up to the change of furnishings in the living room as they seem to have found the most uncomfortable couch and the decor reminds me of Ikea. Delano also had the hardest pillows but I guess after numerous complaints they finally replaced them. Anyway despite the difference in square footage I think you might end up preferring Cosmo too and I would be interested in hearing after your stay which you personally prefer.

Have a great trip and win lots!

Just curious - if the very best offers you receive are direct mailers (snail mail ) and online web offers rather than smaller email offers, what method do you use to forward direct mail or online website offers to Kevin Sweet for consideration?

It appears from this and the KS's original post that Cosmo has received many replies and some good responses - hope it's a win/win for everyone.

Sent a couple emails back and forth, but he wasn't able to match any offers or help me out. Super friendly and answered a couple questions I had, though. I'll be staying there for a couple nights at the end of my trip in March, so I look forward to checking it out again.

It's worth noting that none of my offers were from top-end resorts like Aria, Bellagio, or Wynn. They were from the lower-end of the spectrum such as Treasure Island. That's probably why he couldn't justify matching the BOGO TI offer I received.

I sent Kevin the offers I had from Aria and Hotel 32, he made us a nice offer and we look forward to our stay in April. Seems like a nice guy.

I yakked with my girl at Cosmo and he was overwhelmed with emails,,,and as above, this was Super Bowl Weekend. When I did email him (not to match an offer) he responded in minutes, so maybe as some of you are saying, the lower end hotel offers,,,you can't put into a Cosmo room/suite.

Just heard back (emailed around 11pm last night, he replied incredibly quick) and will be spending part of my next trip there at Cosmo. He said a host will reach out to firm up the nights and he copied them so I have their info. Really nice guy!

Kevin responded quickly and matched my offer from NY NY three nights with free play also. I was given a studio terrace and when I checked the price on the dates I chose it came to over 1400.00. The only fees I have to pay is 30.00 a night resort fee which can be zero depending on game play.
