Forgive me if there's a thread on this already and I missed it but what casino(s) have the most competent and friendliest table dealers? I used to be friendly with some craps dealers at the IP and Paris but I sense they are long gone. I am looking to stay somewhere on my next trip that has a fun atmosphere to gamble in.

I love the craps dealers at both PH and Paris. The crews couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I even play golf with some of them and sometimes we grab lunch or dinner as well.

There are bad apples in every bunch but I like the Palazzo and Venetian crews. I don't think I have found a bad one there yet.

Mirage dealers are pretty good but can be distracted in their own little world talking among themselves

Casino Royale dealers are assholes to the nth degree. They used to have a couple who were ok but now they're all pretty much salty and I like to go in there to play and watch them sweat the money and get pissy. Cheap entertainment on my part.

Bellagio crews are all seasoned vets and can be a bit standoffish at times...

    Cosmo has really good crews

On my last trip I enjoyed good crews at Bally's and Paris...this was in the evening time

I have had a good time at MSS with both the dealers and the players.

Every casino I have played any significant amount in has friendly and less than friendly dealers. So I think its hard to say an entire casino is better than another when it comes to dealer friendliness. Amy at Aria (blackjack) is one of my favorites, though

My favorite craps dealers are the crews in the original casino at Caesars. Some of those guys have been there for decades. Great craps dealers there.

For me the worst and the rudest are at the Trop.

It's really hard to categorize casinos with regards to good/bad dealers. They come and go. A dealer might be "good" and fun one shift and not so good the next shift. I've found the Orleans craps dealers to be my favorites overall. The craps tables are lively, the drinks come quick and one table is non smoking. The dealers seem "into it". I've had such a mix of blackjack dealers I can't really pinpoint good/bad places for them.

I will say that the quality of the dealer(s) makes a big difference to me. Obviously I want to win money every session but when I do lose I can still have fun if the dealer is entertaining.

I like the Cosmo crews partially the crew Steve and Mike work with. The Russian lady has grown on me I like her table now. Their pit boss with the mustache is real nice too, I keep forgetting his name.

For Pai Gow Poker: Mandalay Bay (Lotus room) and MGM Grand

Both provide an extremely relaxed and friendly atmosphere

Generally speaking I have always liked most of the dealers at the Cromwell.
