One of the Louisiana casinos I've played at seems to have a partnership with MLife. The players club there is called MyChoice and I received an emailed offer from them for a Vegas trip.

Three nights at any Vegas MGM prop along with $400 in FP and $100 FB

They have an MLife number on there for me to reference but it isn't my normal MLife number. I plan on booking this offer for part of my March trip. I'm staying at Palazzo for four nights comped (along with $250 in chips and $200 FB and entry into the blackjack tourney) but will use this offer for the final two nights at Aria or Mirage. I hate moving but free is free and the additional benefits will be nice.

My question is...I wonder if this will cause any issues when I attempt to book since my play at Vegas MGM props over the last several years hasn't been much? Like would they not honor the offer since my current offers under my "real" MLife account are pretty much nil?

Yeah, this partnership is a holdover from Ameristar. I doubt they would revoke the offer, but maybe, just maybe, if you severely low play them. You obviously play enough in LA to make them think this offer is reasonable. They're mostly on the hook here, not you. Does it have any fine print?

The crazy thing is at this casino (L'Auberge) I don't play that much. Maybe 1-2 times a year and my biggest loss there was $4k over a long weekend. I cut back big time the last couple years there. I think the last time I went there was to pick up a cash offer while on my way back to Houston from another casino close by lol

    Here's the fine print;

I'm gonna call to book tomorrow and see what they say.

If they back out then I'll hit up CET...a host has been calling me and offered three nights at their props. Maybe I'll try one of the nicer towers at Caesars.

If MyChoice sent you the offer, I am sure MGM will honor it unless you were banned by MGM.
Your low-plays in the past doesn't really matter.

I am wondering why I never received such good offer from MyChoice.

The gf and I got similar emails from L'auberge. I called but Didn't book it though. You get a mychoice message when calling and a phone tree to get to the hotel you want. And like you the mlife numbers are all new.

Yeah I was quite shocked to see that in my inbox. I logged on and looked at my offers for staying in Louisiana and they're three nights with $225 in chips and $100 food.

    What's up BB!

Cool - do you plan on booking it? I guess when I arrive I'll have the front desk add my real ML number to the room and use my normal card. I've wanted to give MGM props some play and this is a reason to stay at one of their places. Even though I want to stay at Aria the mirage is pulling at me

We are waiting on Cosmo offers to cover our April trip. If they don't come through or don't work for some reason I think we will book thru the mychoice/mlife thing.

We don't see offers like that in the inbox for mychoice but have a host now and get comped whenever we need a room. This past trip we even got $140 towards dinner at ember. We've combined play where almost all machine play is on the gf card. I'll play tables on my own card. The combined play has gotten us so much more than we ever got on our own. Plus I think it helped us get our foot in the door combining play because now it's so much easier to play more staying there and not driving back to Sulphur and a shitty comfort suites inn.

Solid plan to combine. I went over once when I first moved here and expected to book s room on arrival and it was packed. I ended up having to stop at the Hampton in Orange bc I was so worn out.

Driving over lost its luster a bit for me. Last time I went it wasn't fun so I shut it down and came back early. I will maaaaybe take a day trip next month to see if I can pad the Vegas roll but not sure.

    How did you like Ember?

L'Auberge and GN were both quarter tables and packed. I ended up at old trusty, The Debris, and they had s lot of new dealers at night since the good ones went to the other spots. People were bitching about missed dollar bets and hard ways they supposedly threw out but didn't so I split.

One thing I just thought about - redeeming the free play.

I'm curious if when I go to do so and they ask for my card I'll have to produce one with the number matching the offer. So I envision being at the ML desk for a bit beforehand.

Should no problem. I used to have 2 MLife numbers . Same name same address but two different numbers. I asked them to combine the two toghether.
I still have 2 difference numbers at Wynn, both are active.

I thought ember was good. It's nothing crazy but it's good steak.

Ldl was $15 tables the weekend after New Years. Drink service was slipping though at bubble craps but at Lantern Bar and the tables. Solid. I've noticed the Isle of Debris now has a high opinion of itself. Went one Saturday and both of their dice tables were $15. Wtf!? I go there to slum and low roll. If I'm betting $15 I'd rather be at ldl. Also they only had $10 3card. To me the isle is a $5 and $10 grind joint. But still with only 3 casinos there's not much competition. In Shreveport it's $5 tables everywhere as there is plenty of competition.

Ok nice - thanks for the info, Je!

Wow...yeah, Isle shouldn't have that high mins especially on the dice. I have seen them at $15 on Saturday nights in the past and even once or twice at $25. One time the power went out at Coushatta so tons of people migrated over to the other casinos and once Isle got word of that they upped them to $25. At that time they didn't even have placards so they hand wrote $25 on white paper and stuck it to the tables. But yeah I know they have improved the ventilation and remodeled the tower rooms but it still is a grind joint.

When they jump the mins like that or when it is super crowded I will go sit down at the $50 six deck BJ table and wait for the crowds to clear out.

Well I called the number and it was no problem booking the offer.

I am staying at The Mirage. Despite my desire to try Aria I want to hit up my old favorite spot.

It is just for a basic king room but I will slip the clerk a $20 to get upgraded to a tower deluxe room.
