For a Bachelorette party I am planning in April, I don't have quite the budget I usually do for my Vegas Trips because I have to accommodate everyone else. Is it worth the savings to stay at the Linq and get a suite?

I've only ever stayed at the Cosmo, Venetian and Planet Hollywood so I'm not sure if it's worth the discounted rates ..

I'm worried that the Linq is cheaper and fits the "you get what you pay for" ideal … Anyone have an opinion either way?

I've not stayed at the Cosmo, but used to stay at the Palazzo every summer, and have stayed at PH, too.

I know they have refurbed the rooms at Linq, but having stayed there during the WSOP many years ago, I definitely wouldn't again, even if it meant saving money.

That said, if it's going to make or break your trip, book it up, and enjoy the party!

You're in a great location, and within walking distance of all the best spots on the strip.

The Venetian standard room is bigger then the suite at The Linq.

I stayed in a King Suite at The Linq this past September. I actually thought it was nice. It's not a luxury resort, but was perfectly fine for me. I typically stay in the Augustus tower at Caesars Palace. I would say the room at CP is bigger than the suite at Linq. For a bachelor party on a budget I wouldn't hesitate at all to stay at The Linq

My associate booked a trip at Linq for my May. He locked up one of those rooms that opens onto pool deck and is kind of half room half cabana. Looks pretty fun. The down side is that yes, the room will be much smaller. It will also not be as nice as Cosmo or as big as Venetian.

If you are going with girls on budgets I suggest cheaper hotel costs so the ladies of limited means aren't bringing the team down or manipulating the plans because of a lack of funds. That really sucks the air out of a party when people don't have money. You either stop doing what you really want to do or people end up paying for others which can cause a bit of dissension within the party.

Since it seems like you guys don't gamble a whole lot for anything comped, check out Jockey Club. You share an elevator with Cosmo so you will be right with that action. They usually have multi room suites at a good price. I have friends that stay there every year when they go for an adult soccer tournament.

I agree with the Jockey Club. Their rooms are huge and have a kitchen. I stayed there in Aug of last year and got it for $100 a night for Friday and Saturday. It does have an elevator to the Cosmo, and you have admission into one of the pools at the Cosmo with your room key (I forget which pool). The negative is that it doesn't have the "glamour" of the Cosmo or Venetian, so if that's what you're looking for the Jockey Club probably won't work for you.

If your not a CET player or have folks that play their casinos you may get a kind soul on the board to get you a friends / family casino rate.
Many times CET sends out offers to VIP members for room discounts that don't require the player to be present to book.

The Linq rooms aren't huge but they are all newly redone and are clean.

If you do book at the Linq consider one of the cabana rooms that open right out to the pool.
