Sorry if this has been asked and answered, I tried the search and got no where. Will someone give me a name of a host or does it not matter? I stayed there in a wraparound in early Oct. but have heard nothing. When I try to check my points on their site, they don't recognize my Identity.

If all you want to do is check your points, you can call or email, the info is on their website.

    Call Identity Membership at 877-551-7779

There's an email address as well, but they probably won't give you your points balance that way immediately, because it's not as easy to confirm your identity that way.

I email them a few weeks after every trip to confirm my point total and status. Include your date of birth and zip code in your email and they'll get the info for you. I always specifically ask for a Tier Progress Report. They will tell you the date your status resets, how many you need to maintain tier and how many to advance. This point total is different from your Identity points which you can use for free play and comps.

The same process for win/loss as well.

Man for everything good about their property the identity portion of their website blows. Though turn around via email is usually 48 hrs or less.

For win/loss I had to email them and then wait another week for it to come in the mail.

    Hey Slowpoke,

Thanks for the tip. Do you know how long she's been a host at Cosmo? I am looking for a new host myself. My previous host Shant, was great, but he had left and they bumped me to this other host, but he's a joke and not as responsive. So i've been on a look ou for a new host.

sweet thank you. I just emailed MIckey to see if I can get her assigned to my account. My past host, Shant, was great, but has moved on and the new host they assigned me is a joke.
