10:00 PM Golden Nugget Tournament question

    Hi everyone,
    Will be going to Vegas in a few weeks. My flight gets in at 9:30 and I anticipate getting to the hotel by 10:00 (staying at Fremont). Can I buy in after 10:00? After checking in, I think It will probably be around 10:30.

    Most tournaments offer late registration for an hour or sometimes two, so you should be ok.

    Pretty sure the 10pm is an hour only. 20 min level fairly turbo. I've played the nugget a number of times. I would say roughly 20-30% of the field honestly has no chance so great value but high variance (even for a tournament) due to the luck factor.

    Yeah, most of the 3x daily tournaments are fairly quick structured, for obvious reasons.

    I'm only ever at the Nugget during the WSOP, so only know of them from friends who play several tourneys a day.

    Hour would make sense if it's one of the short blinds, though.
