First time I've ever heard myself mumble these words !
EVER !.............as I'm shaving ice off my windshield, this morning.
I'm a BIG Christmas Guy......always have been.....love everything about it !.......but.......
I can't take it anymore after two looooong Snow Shoveling Winters !
    ......can't even ..........ugh !
I'm an Emergency Snow Removal worker.......so.......last two years have been brutal.
I shovel all day.........and after 12-14 hrs at work.......I get to come home + shovel out
our three autos !.........It's so fun !
( My mantra as I'm shoveling, has always been = "This O.T. money is for Vegas...for Vegas...for Vegas !")

I was worried on Friday but thankfully was able to play Saturday in shorts and a mock. That's borderline Arctic attire. Beach walk in slippahs and a T yesterday!

I did move the citrus up next to the house, however.

We got almost no snow last year, even in the mountains, ski resorts lost their shorts last year. We flew home from Vegas on New Year's Day and the only snow we saw in the Cascade Range was on a few volcano's. Had a horrible fire season this summer. My sister spent 2 weeks evacuated out of her home and was sure she was going to lose it a couple times. She normally has about 3 feet of snow in the winter, last winter she had none.

This winter is getting back to normal around here. Been down to 19-22 the last 4 nights, damn cold for around here. No snow yet but even in bad years we don't get much since we're almost at sea level. Ski resorts in the mountains are opening up though!! Tried to get a room at Silver Mountain in Idaho to go use their indoor water park, all booked up. Should be a good and profitable winter for businesses in the NW this year.

As long as it stays in the mountains I'm fine LOL

Nope. They can keep the White Christmas. Lately snow on Christmas has meant a clusterfuck that we end up not being able to melt away quickly.

Maybe. Looking at a tourney trip mid Jan. You just gotta get your boy on board. He keeps claiming he's too busy every time I try to set something up.

    lol

Mike was asking about him the other day. I said he'd gone to ground. Or maybe Ms. V just got tired of the antics. lol

Having it snow does not enhance my Christmas in any way, shape, or form. In fact, it makes it worse since we have to drive to relatives. I'd be happy if it was 70 degrees on Christmas.
