MyVegas Bought rewards has my old name attached

    Tried calling they can't change. Tried emailing no answer. I purchased reward before but never used using my middle name and old last name. Married now and use legal first name. How do I change so I can redeem rewards! Useless if now I can't as my id is different ?

    yes, but I have birth certificate and old passport, but its expired and im told not valid- how can you possibly not be able to change your name if married and not be able to use old id- useless now

    Cancel rewards in MyVegas. Get a new email address with your new name from yahoo or something free. Then re-purchase rewards using this new info.
    It might work!! :evillaugh

    This won't work as the MyVegas account is linked to the previous name, email address, and mLife account. The only thing that may work is contact MyVegas support through their support site and give them your support code (shown at the bottom of the game screen) and hope for the best. Either that or see if one of the MyVegas fan groups can get you in contact with one of the reps that visit their FB pages.

    Just bring a copy of your marriage certificate with you when you redeem that shows your maiden name.

    I changed my last name. I brought my new license to M life I also changed it with Facebook. I didn't have any issues with redeeming. Good luck they change all the time.

    contacted playstudios via email...They changed it no problem! yay
