For all who've stayed at Cosmo, what are your personal experiences in the following?

    1. Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Was your rooms cleaned every day for the duration of your stay? Was your room clean upon arrival? Been reading about rooms not being clean and there were issues with housekeeping in which they don't service your room for days. Just wanted to know the opinions of everyone here who has experience staying here.

    2. Billing issues: Were you billed incorrectly for your stay? Were there charges from the mini-bar to your account even if you never touched any items? If your bill was incorrect, did you have much of an issue to correct the problem?

    3. Parking: In general, how was the parking situation (self parking)? Any thefts or vehicle break-ins? How easy is access to the parking garage?

    4. General feeling of security: While staying here, did you feel secure? any of you had issue with theft of your belongings in your room?

    Thanks everyone!

    1. could be better. this is my home base and it has slipped in quality
    - missing slippers/don't refill qtips/poor vacuum job. Hit or miss but if you complain they send up someone else to "supervise", this from city room to wrap arounds.
    - people with the pent houses seem very clean when I look around
    2. billing is usually no issue to correct.
    - resort fee are tricky and they can charge 20 bux for internet if you are not "comped"
    3. easy parking many levels, decently wide spots and they have the red light/green light to signal if the spot is taken
    4. security is fine, I use the safe for ipad/small lose goods (just use your brain on this one)
    - usually its the drunk young people that make it annoying but its not unsafe

    have a good trip

    1) Never an issue. I am always so surprised to read about this. I did have an issue with missing or even an extra item (breast milk, lol) in the fridge, but once reported it was taken care of immediately

    2) I've had it several times, but never an issue at check out. My friend has had it almost every time and it's turned into major issues for her. But usually in a wraparound, for whatever reason. Last time they tried to charge her for a full bottle of absolute. She argued, and was rudely told, we will always take off small minibar issues but we have to seriously look into an item over $100. It was eventually reconciled in her favor, but it has become a major issue every time at checkout when she's in a hurry to get to the airport. So just keep an eye on your online bill. I'm wondering if you are once flagged in their system you are always flagged. Im also starting to question if she moves things around in the fridge or minibar after a night of partying and can't recall the next day since it happened to her at Ballys once also.

    3) parking N/A for me

    4) security never an issue and I tend to be by myself at all weird times but obviously I wouldn't go into any secluded areas, ever.

    1. No issues, and i have stayed there for +20 nights.

    2. No issues

    3. Parking is very easy and convenient with easy excess via Harmon. You can access both towers from the garage by taking the elevator so if you are checking in, park on west side and it will take you to the main lobby. There is also another exit to Las Vegas Blvd on the Bellagio side but my advice is to stick with Harmon since the other one you will have to wait for people crossing the street between the B and Cosmo and there is no stoplight so you can be stuck there for quite a while.

    4. No issues

Stayed there twice. Will never return, a mutual agreement.

Ac didnt work in bungalow first visit.

Second visit, someone helped themselves to some chips while i was out of the room.

Numerous other issues at this property, never will go back.

    Major billing issues as well.

    1. Never had a problem with Housekeeping. Always seemed clean to me.
    2. Never had any problems with billing.
    3. Best parking experience in Vegas. Love the fact they have the green and red lights over spot to let you know they are either available or full.
    4. Always feel safe there.

    3. Parking is very simple, as others have noted. Have never had problem finding a spot in the self-park garage.

    4. No issues with feeling unsafe

Yep, love it. One of the best parking garages in Vegas. Wish we would have known sooner!

No issues with any of the above.

I always lock up or carry around my electronics and cash, regardless of what hotel I'm staying at.

I always used Valet. Rivers has this, I may check it out, but the valet is really quick too.
