If you guys don't mind, please walk me thru the process of redeeming a MyVegas reward for a comped night at the Mirage, I already checked the calendar and my date shows it is available. Thanks for any help...

Purchase the reward, call the number it gives you, book the room.

When I booked a room for Mandalay a few weeks ago I didn't even have to call. I got an email from MyVegas with a link. The link takes you to the reservation site and you pick an available day. It registers as $0 charge (but you will be charged a resort fee upon check-in) and then you book it. It was fast and easy. Didn't even ask for a credit card number or anything.

I would think Mirage would be similar.

EDIT: They didn't ask for a credit card because I booked only the one free night. If you book additional nights, they would obviously need a credit card for those paid nights.

I heard they were adding online reservations but wasn't sure it was live.

I did just that the other day - checked my date (it was available) and purchased the reward.
You'll receive an email confirmation, which contains a link to make your reservation within mlife.com, the whole process just took a few minutes.

What happens when your date is not available? Do the points automatically go back into your account?
