OK, I have a 14 year old and my "hot date" that I need to take to a gun range (not at the same time of course)

I am military firearms trained, but I want to take them to an outside class so they will (actually) "listen to the instructor".

I just want to take them to an introductory and safety course.

I am looking at the 702 range.

Does anyone have any different opinions?

I took my son to Guns and Ammo garage when he was 12. Guess it is just GunGarage now. We split the ~$500 "bang for your buck" package. It was an indoor range and we were in and out in less than an hour. We got the videos as well, search gmille58 on youtube if you want to have a look. I went there because a friend who now lives in vegas was doing some work for them. He had fun and had shot guns before, I just wanted to give him the chance to be able to brag to his friends that he actually shot the guns that they use on all of those first person shooter games.

Never been there but Battlefield Vegas looked pretty cool. They will pick you up from your hotel in a humvee and drive you out to their range where they have a lot of military vehicles.

Check out Pro Gun Club in Boulder City, I thought it was great.

best to check the websites and see what package fits you best, i know battlefied behind circus circus is the only place you can shoot a fully auto gatlin gun, if $200 for about 3 seconds is your thing, the guys who own the old redjacket firearms now acklys defence from the show sons of guns, (not the pedophile in jail) but joe and charlie they prefer range 702 behind aria across the highway
