Hi, how's the noise level @ Vegas clubs? I've been to some clubs and DJ events outside of Vegas in the past where the noise level was unbearable and earplugs were needed to avoid hearing damage.

I went to Club XS last year and the noise level seemed to be reasonable. Do you find that the noise level at Vegas clubs tends to be reasonable? Or do you tend to carry a pair of earplugs with you because you find that the noise @ Vegas clubs is sometimes excessive?

    I would always wear earplugs.

I thought the noise level @ Club XS was within reason. How does the noise level @ HK and Omnia compare to Club XS?

On a serious note, loss of hearing is going to be a big issue in the future. With so many younger people wanting loud, bass heavy headphones coupled with smart phones, attending night clubs and super loud music festivals, 30 years from now, everyone is going to need a hearing aid.

Actually they have been saying that from the 60's when they started playing rock music. Not sure if there has been any studies to see if that has been the case.

But being an old fogey I try to avoid the loud music. Guess that's why I don't gamble at the D very much, they play too loud music IMHO.
