Solo trips planned for Oct, Nov, Dec. Drinks, anyone?

Well, I'm 38 years old and am in the midst of a bit of an existential crisis at realizing that I spend all my time alone at home... and so I've decided to make the most of cheap direct flights from Arkansas, the upcoming government holidays, and the oodles of vacation days I have saved up to (hopefully) make three visits to my favorite place in the world before the end of the year.

My (very tentative) itinerary is:
Trip 1: Oct 11-15 Four Queens
Trip 2: Nov 12-15 Hotel undecided (Maybe El Cortez or an MGM property on the Strip)
Trip 3: Nov 27-28 Fremont
Nov 29-30 Rio (playing "Power Bingo" across the street at Gold Coast during the day + seeing Penn & Teller)
Dec 1-3 Main Street Station

I've been to Vegas a few times with friends and absolutely loved it, especially Downtown. I am very much looking forward to being back and having more time to explore on my own this time around. But I am worried that my social anxiety will get the best of me . I am capable of sharing some laughs and having fun... it's just that I need a few drinks in me first. I have never really traveled anywhere solo and am terrible at starting conversations with strangers, so I might spend all my time cowering in nervous terror in my hotel room... or I might get drunk enough on Fremont St to talk myself into getting spanked by a waitress at the Heart Attack Grill. Anyway, my point is that I would be glad (grateful, in fact) to meet up for drinks (I'm a big craft beer fan, but like wine and cocktails as well) with anybody who happens to be there during those dates. (I prefer staying downtown, but will be making several trips to the Strip as well.)

an very expensive travel time. MGM group hotels and Caesars group hotels do have horrible prices.

 

Timing is off for us, we plan to be at MSS at the end of the month.

 

We are only there for one of your days. The 12th is our last day in Vegas. On the last day wife and I normally hang at a Video Poker bar and enjoy the free beverages and don't roam around the town much. But anyone is more than welcome to join us.

 

Might be out there for the Big Smoke November 13-16.

 

I'm there Nov 11-15. Would be up for drinks sometime. Later in the trip probably works better for me. Will be at PH but visiting downtown as well I'm sure. Will be my 6th solo trip this year there although I usually meet up with friends there.

 

I think I'll just miss you as well, getting in next TH at around 9ish (15th-17th) staying on the Strip. Hope you have a blast!

 

A few of us are meeting at Le Cabaret at Paris tomorrow night at 9:00 pm.
