Hello all! My name is Kady and I am an Executive Casino Host here at the Plaza. As some of you know, Curt is no longer with the company; however, myself and the rest of the host team are excited to communicate with you here, keeping you updated on all of the exciting things happening here and of course take care of you during your next stay. :0)

Our CEO Jonathan reviews this board often, so rest assured; we will continue to share, listen and improve your downtown experience.

Just as a friendly reminder, we have some amazing video poker machines, new sign-up promotions, spin-2-win drawing nightly and daily tournaments. We also have the new party pit ($5 blackjack!) under the Main Street lights and old coin games back on the floor!

If I can ever assist you with questions or reservations, please do not hesitate to contact me at: [email protected], or by phone: (702)386-2296. I look forward to hearing from you all and see you back here at the Plaza!

    Thank you,

    Kady Casullo

Welcome. I always enjoyed Curt's updates on what was going on at the Plaza. Jim is my host. I am glad to see that Jonathan is interested in what old and new customer think. Great customer relation! Glad you will continue to update us Kady. Thanks you.

Curt was my host and booked my upcoming trip.
I am happy to hear you will still be connecting with your players here!

Welcome to the board Kady. We here appreciate that there are some management people who read and care what we think about their hotel casino.

At least give her a chance to avoid the topic first. ;-)

Welcome to the board! I booked two stays through Curt and thought he was a great guy and I wish him well.

The much improved VP at the Omaha Bar is very good along with the reduced casino "scent".

Now, if you could only do something about the gawd awful coffee swill they serve at Omaha. I will get up and walk to Mickey D's rather than drink that and you know time away from the machine is time that I'm not losing.

I also must say that the paytables at the bartops near the sportsbook are unplayable. C'mon, 6/5!:thumbsdown:

The Plaza has improved its video poker. I noticed full pay Kings or Better Joker's Wild and 10/7 Double Bonus on Vpfree. However there are only two 10/7 DB machines. Why not put in more? How about some full pay deuces wild? I head out for Station Casinos to play deuces because they have dozens of them.

I think maybe these were machines that were at the Vegas Club?

Welcome to the board, Kady. We are happy that the Plaza is listening to its customers. I did a one niter last month and had a blast playing full pay Bonus Deluxe.

    Welcome to the board, Kady.

I haven't stayed at the Plaza in some time, as the place I currently stay at Downtown takes very good care of me. But as I told Curt, if anything changed, the Plaza would be the first place I consider.

There is a wealth of knowledge at your disposal on this board. Hopefully it will continue to be used.

    Welcome to the board Kady,

You mentioned $5 BJ in a party pit. Is the BJ 3:2?

    Thank you. :beer::beer:

While I've never stayed at the Plaza, I think it's really cool that they (and a few other places) want to interact on this board.

I played at the party pit at the plaza on friday the 4th and sat the 5th. It had only been open for a couple days. They brought over a couple people from the lvc. It was 5$ the entire time it was open from 6pm ish till 2am. Great vibe, the dealers were very fun and from what I understand hand picked by upper mgmt, 3 blackjack tables and 0/00 roulette table. No RSA, h17, DAS allowed, 6 deck (could be 8) hand shuffled (no machines a++) and it was 3 to 2. It is a 5 lady team that rotates through the 4 tables. Through the two nights my group and i had great interactions with all of them. Also the people watching through the windows by the main plaza turn around was very fun (the party pit location couldn't be better). Besides winning 500$ that's all I can remember. The only negative which could have changed is that the room got pretty warm when it was full. Id be pretty bummed if they changed anything for the negative it was awesome. If I think of anything else I'll post it.

Thanks for the review LtFitzG, it sounds great. Maybe if it's successful enough, it will open earlier on the weekends. I'd love to play some blackjack there while watching football.

With the sale of the LVC, they should have a little bit of cash available, unless it was all shipped to owners of Tamares in Israel
