So, when you log into your account for Station Casinos I can see I have offers coming for Oct/Nov/Dec. But it just doesn't let you see the booking code, it just tells you to view your mailer. Has anybody received their mailer from Red Rock for Oct/Nov/Dec yet? I contacted a host and they told me they are "fully booked" but yet online I can see that I could buy the nights I want for either 250 or 700 a night. My newly assigned host was basically useless as she didn't even answer the question I had.

I'm hoping I get it in the next few days as I bought my tickets for Big Bingo Weekend and I am NOT getting up at 6:00am to beat traffic to arrive at Red Rock from somewhere else when if I actually had a room there I could just roll out of bed at 8am!

Hosts at RR and GVR are basically useless unless you're a High Roller. We were told by our host at GVR that they don't have much leeway to give anything extra above your corporate offers. She did say, however, that things may be changing soon.

I got my Oct/Nov/Dec mailer yesterday and was able to book the Dec. nights that I wanted. I had the same issue as you in that I didn't have an offer code to book with prior to getting the mailer. My host at GVR didn't even bother to get back to me the last time I tried to go through him so I pretty much just use offer codes when I go.

My host is Lisa Zhen. She's amazingly fast at responding to emails and everything like that, but her hands are tied on what she can and can't do. I received my mailer the day after my post and I got one night free, the other nights had reduced rates and even calling within 5 minutes of my mailer being delivered those reduced rates were already up to 600/night. They have some big group coming in the same days at Big Bingo Weekend 5, so if I want a room those nights, I can fork out the 600+/night or stay somewhere else. Looks like I'll take them up on the free Sunday night and stay Monday/Tues/Wed either at Suncoast or Silverton. Silverton is FREE but I have the headache of getting up early to beat traffic to get to Red Rock, or I pay about 150 for 3 nights at Suncoast, avoid the headache, and I can still play around in Summerlin as I had planned. I just hope that since I'm only staying at RR for one night and playing bingo the other two but not staying there, that they do not see that as me short playing them and not getting decent offers for February. It's the big 40 next Feb and I want it to be at Red Rock and if I'm lucky they'll have Big Bingo Weekend 6 that week :D

I agree with having the mailers, it seems nuts that it will tell you to "See your mailer" and then after like 2 months, the code somehow magically appears online. I've even mailed marketing and they would tell me they haven't even been mailed yet, just to receive it in my mail the next day. I have the entire month of December as "FREE" but it's not always easy to get vacation at work let alone a decent air fare. Speaking of which, I have to pick my 2016 vacations at work tomorrow! Talk about planning ahead :D
