    Hi Everyone,

I've been on this board for about a year and read a lot of threads and have gotten a lot of good information from members in the past.

I'm looking for recommendations for good blackjack strategy books. I've got the basic strategy down pat and have a basic understanding of card counting and consider myself an intermediate blackjack player. I'm looking for counting advice, betting strategies, etc. I've read the basics form Stanford Wong and other famous books.

Also looking for interesting books about Vegas stories for an entertaining read. Vegas mob history, whale stories, etc.

    Thanks

The book about Jay Sarno, Grandissimo: The First Emperor of Las Vegas: How Jay Sarno Won a Casino Empire, Lost It, and Inspired Modern Las Vegas is very good. Super Casino is great. As is No Limit: The Rise and Fall of Bob Stupak and Las Vegas' Stratosphere Tower

Big Book of Blackjack by Arnold Snyder. Roll the Bones by David Schwartz who also wrote Grandissimo.

Just got done with Winner Takes All about CET, MGM and Wynn and how they built their empires. Good book but dated (2008) I would like to see an updated version on a lot of the grand plans fell on their face!

I read that too... entertaining, if not particularly "well written".
It reads like a really good 'trip report', only without pictures.
