    My Trip Report

Well I am off to a later start, but what a roller coaster trip the last two days have been. I have basically swung from 2K negative to 1K positive to 1K negative in 1 1/2 days.
Mrs. F and I bumped up the trip start due to riduculously low Frontier airfare from Cincy. I believe the final tally was $225 for both of us RT, not counting bagage fees.

We go in Tuesday night and had 1 night booked at DTG. We got a nice room facing north with views of Binion's, side of Freemont, and interstate.

We hit the casino early, and I was down a quick $300 chasing the bartop progressive at Furnance bar which was at $1790, a chunk I am sure came from
Royal Flusher whom I missed by a day. Drink service was excellent, and the new players card system seemed way better in coin to freeplay / comps returned.

VP has been brutal so far this trip, outside of an incredible hit on Ultimate X poker where I drew quads with multiple 4x and 2x hands.

On the plus side, I have been killing it on penny slots, hitting multiple bonuses over $400 so far. Buffalo Stampede has been my personal ATM, wiping out all
    VP losses.

We had a couple of meal at S&O which was fantastic and I got some inside scope on what is going on with the management and table games. Apparently don't expect the tables to stay over in the HL area very long.

We moved over Wens to MB for a one night MyVegas comp and due to the convention they pushed us over to Delano. Beds are excellent, I just hate the walk from this end of property.

Here are some pics in no particular order of hits so far. Today is moving day again, settling in over at Cromwell. Stats so far $13K in coin in at DTG for less then 24 hours, already got bumped up to next level in club. Somehow managed to hit Pearl in last nights play at MGM, I figured I did another 12K in coin in here. Somehow I am still ahead $500 as of this morning, even though I have not seen nearly a quad in the last 2000 hands of VP. So far I have hit 6 bonuses on penny slots which paid over $300 (unbelievable). Will post pics from TapTalk shortly.

Hey you, get your own Mrs. F.

Does the DTG slot club now have tiers? I didn't even know. I'm glad they are increasing VP comps, perhaps that means they are getting the picture that you need some decent games around.

Yeah, I posted the new club brochures. Not a huge difference, I think Adt will still rule over there.

I usually fly sw out of Columbus but have noticed the fares from cincy on frontier, had a bunch of them this week for $29. how is frontier to fly compared to sw? I heard frontier charges for everything, if I would just have a carry on, about what can I expect a fare of 29 to balloon to?

    best of luck

Frontier charges for carry on 30.00 - 60. 00 depending on when you book the bag

the earlier you book, the more you save!

I guess I was wondering in addition to carry on and govt fees, is breathing air compliments of frontier or is it extra. With rates that low a spur of the moment trip is likely

Yup if you pack light and are a member of discount den you can basically fly round trip for under 150 to vegas. If they keep rates this low, I will forget the Midwest casinos and do vegas every six weeks

Not long RF, We just held a class at the circus circus. Once you figure out where the money goes in it's pretty easygoing.

The amount I have been hitting has been unreal, while VP has been a losing streak since Wens morning. 4000 hands and only two 4OAK.

I love Stampede......especially the fully immersive one with the chair rumbling etc. They had 4 at the Golden Nugget.
