About two weeks ago I stupidly left my Kindle in the seat pocket of a Southwest flight into Vegas and filed a missing item report never expecting to see it again. FedEx returned it to me today. Wow! Kudos to Southwest, wish I'd been as lucky in the casinos!

They're pretty good. I had a co-worker leave a laptop at the gate and they were able to track it down and ship it back. Figured it was a goner.

Hubby had a watch stolen from his bag, either SW or TSA, SW gave him a $100 Luv voucher, too bad that watch was worth a lot more than that.....
Ill be bringing my lock tomorrow so we will know if something is missing, TSA will be the ones to be upset with.

But im happy you had a better outcome!

My husband lost an expensive bracelet at the airport leaving Vegas last year. I was staying a few days longer than him, so he texted me when you got home and said he lost it at the airport to check the lost and found before I fly home. I figured there was no way anyone would turn it in, if found they would just keep it. I was totally shocked to find it waiting for me to pick up at the lost and found at the airport. There are still a lot of very good and honest people out there.

Nice. I left a backpack on a Southwest flight last year. They called me as we were driving home, I hadn't even realized yet that I left it.
