RFL is "limited". Usually that means that you're limited to selected restaurants, not including high-end restaurants. Or I've also heard it's limited to a dollar amount. Hopefully a person more familiar with comps than I am will pop in here and give you a better explanation.

This thread - https://www.vegasmessageboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58813 - might have more information for you.

Having seen this linked recently to new post about this topic, I re-read it and realized there are some common ones still missing:

RSA - in blackjack, being permitted to re-split Aces after an initial split of them.
LS - in blackjack, being permitted to surrender the hand ('late', after dealer checks for BJ).
    DD - a two-deck game in blackjack.
Pen - in blackjack, the penetration of the cut-card prior to dealing.

UTH - Ultimate Texas Holdem table-game.

Not sure on WTO, but RFB is Room, Food, Beverage (or something close to that) which indicates you are getting not only your room, but meals and drinks all comped at a property.
