I was just wondering if people have any suggestions on strategies for using match play offers. Earlier this year, I used the ACG coupons at a few casinos and used them at BJ tables - sometimes on the first hand, other times when I thought I would win. I don't think I won once. If so it was one of the smaller ones. Going out in Oct and will have my wife get the same ACG coupons for match play. How would you use them?

Are the coupons bet higher than your minimum bet? If so, learn a simple card-counting system and use them when the count favors the player.

This is basically what I do with matchplays. Sit down at BJ and keep a simple count and use my matchplay when the count gets good. Not a huge advantange, but I figure I will have better luck at winning the matchplay when the count is high.

If you have another person with you with the same coupons you could try a strategy like this at craps:

Either way, over the long run you will end up winning about half of the total amounts of the match play!

Personally I just throw them in on the first hand and if it hits double up on the next.
