He's actually right though. If you don't give a budget, how could anyone possibly give you a reasonable answer? You can spend a few bucks on McDonalds or several thousand at Joel Robuchon with plenty of choices in between that range.

So, basically he was just asking what your budget is.

Shifter is asking a good question - don't read into it - just answer it. There are so many different ranges of costs on the strip that in order to give you a good answer that information is critical. Everyone on here comes from all kinds of different financial status. Me I am a low roller so $100 per person for food is my upper limit for ONE nice night out in vegas. For some on here - that would only be the appetizer bill.

Really. You are asking so many unanswerable questions. try tripadvisor or give details.

May I recommend Mesa, at Caesars Palace. It's not the most expensive place I've been to in Vegas, but it's definitely our favorite. Check out their menu and prices online before you go, to see if it's within your budget.

You kind of are asking these super broad questions all over the board. People don't mind helping, but you need to be more specific so people can give you the right feedback.

    You don't want ruffle Shifter!
He not going to sugar coat anything as he tells it like it is.

In all fairness fella you ask a question that is tough to answer.
Cheers and have a good time.

Is asking the chick what she'd like considered cheating?

Frankly, these posts are a refreshing break from the ENDLESS "all we need is a clean casino with fair rules, spartan rooms, no pool or loud music, decent food at reasonable prices and a bus stop in front" posts that seem to dominate every thread of late. :bang:

P.S. I like the suggestion of asking your date... make her a part of deal right from the get go! And most of all... have a super time!!!

While we enjoy Julian Serrano, I would not characterize the ambiance as 'romantic'.
