    Hello!

Im having a 30th Birthday get together at my house before Vegas and of course I figured Vegas/Casino would be a perfect theme!

I was hoping to get some ideas on casino themed food/snacks or any other fun ideas.

Obviously I went to Pintrest first but, not as many do-able ideas for me!

    Any help is appreciated!

Make cookies that look like casino chips!
You could also play Roulette and have to drink a shot every time one of your numbers hit.
Decorate the room with cards/dice etc
    Lots of cocktails!

    Enjoy your party :)

Thanks, I just found some cookie cutters that are perfect, but now I have to be creative, which isnt a strong suite of mine!
I saw a shot roulette game on Amazon, but i think id rather spend the $12 on some beer, haha! Now i juat have to find cheap cards that all have the same back or at least coordinating backs....

Perhaps give everyone a set amount of casino chips to start with, have a couple table games in play, and have some small prizes for the person with the most chips at the end of the night.

hopefully hes the only one underage, since hes only 10 months, he'll be asleep a lot, but still, not the best idea.

Maybe when were in Vegas on my actual 30th, There will be some strippers!!

This is doable if you have about 25 or more guests and a fairly large house. Do a casino night for a favorite charity. We go to one at a friends place each year.,See if you can scrounge up some home gaming tables from friends and racks of chips. Each guest pays $35 for a rack of chips and can redeem them for $25. Most people just donate them back. The fun is everyone takes turns dealing ,nobody gets upset about losing ,it's just a good night out for a good cause. You have to supply some drinks and basic appys . He gets tons of party favors that are casino themed and goes around to some local restaurants for gift certificates to raffle off. You can get as elaborate as you want or keep it simple. Still have b-day cake and blow out candles etc. but the charity gets the presents $$$.

That is a great idea! If I dont do it this time, I will think about hosting like your friends do at another time when ihave more time!
I think I have decided on just doing a Red/Black/Suits color scheme. I was also thinking of making each table a different game theme... like BJ/Roulette/Poker/Slots and kind of make them look like them.
I did a test run on 1 of my apps today, uploadfromtaptalk1439949002182.jpg and im glad I did, cant use block mozzarella cheese, gotta find a new kind of mozz cheese
..was thinking string cheese? Sorry this post is going on forever...
Do you think I need to add more green, like a bell pepper?

How about Bocconcini to replace the block mozzarella? I've skewered that before and it was easy. And yes to one more green.

If you get cupcakes, buy a cheap deck of cards and place cards on the cupcakes for decorations - you can use a single card or make poker hands or black jack hands

IDK how i forgot to look at Oriental Trading!!!!!
I did get some fake money, but just for decor around the patio.

I think Im just going to set each table up as a different game and people can play or not, whatever.

We might do a poker tourney as a lot of our friends do play lots of poker!
