What would be 4 best buffets at this time in Vegas, except Belagio. I have been there already and want to try something new.

I can't give you four, but two that are consistently rated well are Bacchanal at Caesars Palace and Wicked Spoon at Cosmo.
If you're downtown, I like Garden Court buffet at Main Street Station.

Caesars Palace is top notch. Also Paris has a great on. You won't be disappointed with those two. I think they are a good 1, 2 combo to start off with !!

    Wynn.
    Bacchanal at Caesars.
    Spice Market at Planet Hollywood.
    Village Seafood Buffet at Rio.

Haven't tried Wicked Spoon yet but I'm sure that's good also.

    Bacchanal Buffet
    The Buffet at the Wynn
    Wicked Spoon
    Aria Buffet

Not too happy with Vegas buffets these days, but these are the best buffets that I know of on the strip.

Wicked Spoon, Bacchanal are top tier. Haven´t eaten at the Wynn buffet recently but it used to be up there and was better then Bellagio back when i ate there. Then Aria is decent but certainly a step below the others but probably better then the rest. If you go during a weekend and especially on Sunday´s you will have a few more options. The brunch at Border Grill is one of my favourites but not your typical buffet since you order of a menu and they bring unlimited small dishes out to you. If you want something more high end The Jazz brunch at the Country Club is excellent and has a buffet plus ordering of a menu at a set price.

Wicked Spoon, Bacchanal, Wynn, and Aria. Those are the best without Bellagio mentioned

I'd throw in one more contender - I thought the Mirage buffet was very good. I had Aria the same trip and would rate Mirage above Aria.

As an added bonus, I believe the Mirage buffet still includes bottomless beer and wine in the buffet price.
