Downtown Grand room/Resort fee ?

Just got a postcard for free/comp premium room @ DT Grand.
Any 4 nights for each month of Sept/Oct/Nov.

DO THEY CHARGE A RESORT FEE ON COMPED ROOMS?
(Nothing stating yah/nah in the small print.)

 

They do not on a comped room and you still get the two bottled waters and free wifi everyday. Four nights, that's a great offer!

 

I have never been charged a resort fee on a comped room at DTG.

And if they try next month, they'll get an earful.

 

When I checked in my comped room at DTG I signed that I would pay a resort fee but they never charged me. It was $18 a night if I remember correctly.

 

I was there in July, no resort fee even when I paid for Friday on a two night comp. No bottled water, though. I thought they gave up on that pretty fast.

 

Got two bottles on Sat in the room.

 

No resort fee in June and got water!!

 

Just also received mailer for September, October, and November....four nights each month plus FP. A little surprised at offer as I only played there a few sessions a year ago. I am taking them up on their two night offer next week. This will be our first stay there, so excited to explore the casino a bit. It looks like the pool deck is more luxurious than our CAL pool. Then on to our CAL for seven nights.

 

...no resort fee on comped room...$20 sandwich got me a slight upgrade last trip (from deluxe to a premium room; 100 sq/ft more--a lot of room between the end of the beds and the TV/desk)...love the DTG!
