Hey anybody get the Shaq speaker or phone charger thing? Looks like a decent value always sold out though.
You have to get it right at the refresh. Join a myvegas group (myvegas friends rock, myvegas friends) and follow a post/image about rewards being refreshed, people will post when it happens (usually in the morning on weekdays, random on weekends).
I noticed it was available probably an hour before I posted. Lucky me though, I bought a 24 pack of Budweiser today and received the very same thing, in Bud regalia of course. It's a pretty nice little speaker to be honest.
To anyone who's been able to snag one: do you have to pay shipping or anything? Or is it actually free? If it's actually free, that charger looks pretty nice, for free - most of the amazon reviews of it have basically just said it wasn't worth full price, not that it wasn't good enough quality.
The mobile app claimed this reward was available while I was at lunch today, but then it wouldn't let me complete the purchase. It gave me an error message saying "Encountered an error trying to purchase the reward, please double check the terms of service for this reward." I submitted a support inquiry, so hopefully they can resolve it. Very frustrating to see it finally available and then have a technical glitch prevent it from being purchased.

well that was "bull shi**y" answer... I guess we all "just missed out since it happened to a few of us.
I was able to snag one last week right before they discontinued the reward... I haven't received it yet, they said it would be 2-4 weeks and it does ship free. The speaker runs about $70 on Amazon and looks like a good deal. the battery charger gets so-so reviews it sounds like it lacks power and pretty weak overall compared to other options out there
