    My Trip Report

    Hey Everybody!

I wrote a trip report, and as my usual style, it's quite lengthy. I tried to post it here, but it would take about 20 separate posts to get the whole thing on here due to the new board software. That's too much of a pain in the arse for me, plus I prefer an all-in-one trip report, so instead I'm posting the whole thing, with pictures, on my website.

If you'd like to read it, go to www.HurricaneMikey.com and it's the post at the top of the page, dated July 2nd.

PLEASE- Do me a favor. If you'd like to comment, come back here and respond in this thread. If you send comments on my website, all it does is fill up my mailbox and label you 'anonymous', so I won't know who to answer if there are any questions.

    In the meantime, Enjoy!

    Mikey

As usual, Nicely done! Glad you had a good time with sis.

Love your GI description...I had went in the Greek Isles a few months ago, wanted to kill some time and check the place out, since it was one of the few I hadn't visited. Needless to say, it took us longer to park the car than it did to make the lap around the place. Hubby and I looked at each other, this is it? and headed back to the car.

I enjoyed my stay at Paris as well, and I liked the pool too.

Loved the pic with you and David in front of the Strip club! Classic!

    Great report!

Super trip report! We have always like Paris when the price is right. And for just a little VP or slot play you can usually rack up some decent comps for the buffet.

Nice you could have such quality time with your sister too.

Geez Mikey, it's too bad you live in Vegas. When you have family come to visit you, there is nothing to do. Ha! Ha! ;)

Don't worry about the mudslide. It's just that salmon inside of you swimming upstream messing with you.

Sounds like you found more good eats. Thanks for the report.

Great report! Glad you enjoyed the Paris as much as we do - love the restaurants - never disappointed. We are counting down the days - T-75!

Wow, Mikey, when you do a trip report, you do a TRIP REPORT! Nice read. I enjoyed "being there" in my mind as you described everything.

    Here's Looking At Mikey, Kids

Another brilliant piece of writing from the king of this or any other board. I hope I am able to meet the man, the myth, the legend when I'm in Vegas for my birthday in December (if that trip actually happens).

You think I'm legendary now, wait till you read about the little T2V get-together on Saturday night. It was epic!

However, you must wait. Sleepy time!

Mikey - an excellent Vegas Trip Report! Thanks for taking the time to deliver the fine read. Seems as you and your sis had a lot of fun together.

Paris is our favorite place to stay on the strip. The rooms are great, the suites are fantastic and the casino is staffed by some pretty friendly folks. Glad you enjoyed your time there.

Yeah, the pool at Paris isn't fabulous, but it is a fine pool. I especially like it in the morning when most of the pool deck is in the shade.

Thanks for your recommendation to see The Tribute to the Rat Pack. We enjoyed it a bunch. We both hope to see it again on our next trip.

    Thank you Mike.

    Great read.

I have always wanted to stay at the Paris and even though I am not on this next trip, it made me want to stay there the next time all the more.

Damn, sounds like you guys had a great time!!

Love the photos. That new ride is totally you...when ya getting yours?

Never been to Mermaids, I think I need to do that. Totally agree on the Paris pool with the exception that when we were there in July, the water was freezing  but the pool definitely has a relaxing feel to it.

OK, you had to have taken notes for that report. Shows, drinks, gambling, restaurants and prices, it's all good to know. :)

  20. Just finished reading your "trip" report, sounds like you two had a blast! As someone who is moving out there soon it's good to hear that you're still able to enjoy Las Vegas on your days off!
