We from the cold north can really appreciate the Vegas pool life.

Which part of the Americas get the most pleasure, out of the Vegas weather and pools?

Who could care less about it?

We are from Ohio, so our weather sucks 9 months out of the year. I spend every second I can at the pool. It is a huge consideration as to where we stay.

Every Vegas Trip for 20+ yrs has HAD to have pool access !
Pool time in Vegas is a great experience, for me.
I shovel snow for a living -- when I'm out in the middle of a freezing nite -
shoveling snow while everyone sleeps -- I remind myself --
" Hey - this pays for Vegas pool time in hot weather !"
    ( it works ! )

We are from New England so the pool is an important part of the vacation for me. DH arranges with the pool office at the Bellagio to set up chairs for us in the same spot every day we are there, so I am set with my books and Dh can sit with me for a while and then go back to his gambling.

Actually if it wasn't for the pool and the fine dining, I wouldn't have any reason to come to LV.

Being from Upstate NY you would think we love the pools in Vegas. It is not that we don't like hanging out there, just cant deal too much with hanging in the sun. We may swim once or twice on a trip but that is about it.

The pool is important to us because that is our one spot to actually relax. When we aren't at the pool we are going 100MPH, so that is our one spot outside of the spa to relax and have a good time.

The pool is important to me being from the great white North. Some days, the only sleep I get is out at the pool.

From Toronto here so yes I totally get it. I am afraid to sleep at the pool in case I start snoring ;)

Another Ohioan here.....having a good pool is a big consideration for me. My trips are normally during the summer...peak pool season....so hanging out at the pool for a couple of hours each day is part of the Vegas vacation experience for me.

Never once been to a Vegas pool because I mean you can go to one pretty much anywhere. But to be fair it has a Vegas experience to it you can't get from home!

We start every morning using the pool at the CAL....love it. We usually are the only ones there...so no fighting for chairs. The pool is not staffed; therefore we bring our own beverages and snacks. We love our pool time from 8:30-10:30...being we go the first part of August, the morning temps are still comfortable. For us, it is the perfect time to relax before the day gets in full swing. And we always talk about the previous day's fun (and typically need to fill in the blanks of some of the activities for my son if he had too many beers the previous evening.)

If we are at a casino with a pool, we like to spend some time out there. Similar to most of the posts so far, 8 months of winter is way to long so pool time is a plus. Sometimes it is only an hour at the pool but it is of value. it is also a great place to people watch!

I don't know about Columbus but up here, our summer has sucked. We only had 3 days in June without rain. The only sun I may get this year will be in vegas. Lol

    Chicago here

I usually go in March and Oct. Pools are a huge consideration for me. Only several times have we gone so late in October, the pools are closed. Going to the pool is much needed downtime and keeps us out of the casino gambling all day, although $19 Miami Vice's at Mirage hits the pockets hard too

I'll go once in a blue moon. I find the lazy river fun, but really I'm going just to watch the wildlife in their native habitat.

Have a pool, so Vegas pools don't interest me.

Being outdoors in Vegas is pleasant; I'm not allergic to anything, it's nice and dry, no bugs, I don't even get sunburns. Our first trip was over Xmas and New Year's, so no pool. But, I've spent time at the pool every trip since then. Gotta have at least one good pool session per trip.
