Has anyone eaten there. I used My Vegas points for a $50 credit. I used to love The Steak House at
    CC.

We have done it the last 3 trips. Food is excellent. We were reluctant the first time because Excalibur is kind of dumpy, but very pleasantly surprised. In my opinion the best value left on myvegas. The reward still does not require a stay. I already have my $50 credit booked for this trip and another on my bf account.

I've used the reward there myself my last three trips. The steakhouse is definitely not a reflection of the rest of the casino. I've found that some oysters as an app, a filet with grilled shrimp, a side of mushrooms or spinach, and a nice glass of scotch get's the bill just high enough to use the credit. It's a pretty good meal that only costs my wallet $65-$70, depending on tip.

Next trip though I doing the reward for the Luxor steakhouse; I want to see if a $90 filet is really worth it. :peace:

Thanks for the replies. I thought about Tenders at the Luxor. It was available at the time so I took this. Sounds like it will be good.

I've eaten at the steakhouse at Camelot and i thought the food was quite good. If you like wine, definitely opt for something besides their house brands tough.

Pretty sure the coupon book is for Luxor or Excalibur guests. I've used both tender and Camelot myvegas rewards. Both were really good.

DBueler and I have enjoyed dining there at least 3 or 4 times. We are both primarily center strip folks for gaming and eating but for any show activity south strip, e.g., Bee Gees, MJ1, Raiding the Rock Vault, etc., that restaurant is one of our go-to places. The food and service are consistently good and the prices aren't crazy. A few weeks ago we went there before Raiding the Rock Vault at the Tropicana. The show by the way was quite good. We had seen it at I believe the Hilton before and the show and venue are even better now.

does anyone know if you can do the price fix menu, 3 course menu, I think $41.95 pp and use this reward? I don't see an issue with that as long as we spend the $100 required which is easily done.. I have always done the Tender reward in the past but now myVEGAS says I have reached my limit on this reward... so I will be forced to try Steakhouse at Camelot. How does this one compare to Tender?

Thank you for posting. Still had some points left and realized we didn't have dinner plans for the Friday we are leaving. Since flight is at midnight, being at the Excal puts us closer to the airport. Should be a nice way to end our trip.

I bought one thanks to this thread. Didn't think about it before but looked up the menu and it sounds really good. Now come on November.

We ate there on our wedding night. The food was fantastic. The steak was SO tender. We had the sliders as our app and creme brulee for dessert. Our server was really good, too. We are definitely looking forward to eating there on our next trip.

Yes you can! That is what I usually do and the BF gets a steak. I have gotten the meatloaf the last 3 trips and I think it is delish. The crème brulee for dessert is yummy as well. I hate onions and I even love the French onion soup. I think the prix fixe menu is the way to go for me. I have been keeping this place a closely guarded secret because it is never sold out on myvegas. It is our favorite place to go. We are in vegas for a week, so we got a Tender certificate to try that as well.

I love the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer! The steak is also very good and I don't know what they do to their mashed potatoes, but they were yummy too. The sides are huge. My DH and I shared the mashed potatoes and there was still half left!
