Apologies in advance if this has already been answered or if I just completely missed it on the MLife site (and yes my blonde is totally natural).

I need to add a night to the back end of my stay that I booked on MLife. Is there an easy way to add that? or do I need to make a separate booking and have them link it when I check in?

I'm staying at Aria in the SkySuites so is that something the concierge could take care of? I'm just Pearl so nobody special. And I presume the $10 fee to call in would apply if I called them?

    Thanks in advance!

The only way is to call them. They are very helpful when you do. The mLife website is a joke, poorly programmed and maintained. Once you book online it's hard to even see your reservation.

    Good luck!

It thought the $10 call in fee was just for CET. Is this standard for Mlife as well?
If so, tell them that you did try to use the computerized system and it would not work. Ask for the fee to be waived.
At CET this works every time because once a reservation is made for a certain time period on line, we cannot see our offers for an alternative reservation. I don't stay there anymore, but when I did, I made some sort of online reservation and then modified on the phone but saved the telephone fee by blaming it on the computer. It sounds like you could do that at Mlife.

I wasn't charged $10 to change my reservation. Really, how could they charge you when they don't let you change the reservation on-line.

I've never been charged any sort of fee to make or change an Mlife reservation over the phone. Not just because there's no mechanism to change the reservation online, but because plenty of offers don't even show up online in the first place and require you to call in.

We've added or changed our reservations via the telephone . Even when we get our offers on the site, he still calls and compares and they are never the same.. Never have seen a charge.

CET charges a $10 reservation change fee? I didn't know that. Another reason I won't stay or play there. Pretty soon they'll charge you $10 to replace your players card.

No, mLife doesn't charge any fee for reservation changes. Yet. I know they have a pretty big debt load but CET is ridiculous.

The CET fee is for initial booking using the telephone rather than the internet.
However, when I rebooked once they were going to charge the $10 until I reminded the woman that I had been unable to book on the internet because I was changing my dates during the same period as I had previously booked. She easily dropped the fee.
After that I never tried booking CET on the phone, even when I wanted telephone help to compare offers or make decisions, without first booking something on the internet. In rebooking there I found the operators had a good bit of reway and some would offer deals that I had not seen on my site. So, I saw the advantage of always having the conversation.
I don't think if you just call to book initially, you can get the fee waived at CET.

Also, that was a couple years ago. Since poker room changes I have not played or gotten offers at CET. Also, resort fees killed the value of the CEToffers I was getting, so I just wrote them off my interest list and stopped gambling or staying.
I'm a low roller, so offers now don't reach me.
Now, MyVegas and lazy rivers have got me more interested in MLife bookings, so I'm trying to firm up their policies.

    They have a similar fee
    http://www.vegaschatter.com/story/2014/4/2/163113/4330/vegas-travel/MGM+Resorts+Explains+Phone+Reservation+Fee

Hopefully, policies are not different from casino to casino the way early check in fee policies are. For example, Monte Carlo does not charge an early check in fee, but Excalibur does.

    http://www.vegaschatter.com/story/2014/3/24/13740/4406/vegas-travel/A+Room+Reservation+By+Phone%3F+There's+Now+A+$10+Fee+For+That

And there is suggestion in these articles that the CET fee went away. Perhaps over the year the Mlife fee also went away. It is all confusing. However, it seems clear that neither property charges for modification of existing internet created reservations, so that fee should not affect the OP issue as many have said. And it is a hint to anyone who wants to save $10 to book on line and then modify by phone.

I've never been charged when calling Mlife VIP Services so I wouldn't worry about it.

In all respect, I want to thank you for a great LAUGH tonight.

Really, it is so hard to make a reservation online, and even harder to change it. Their website sucks.

    As mentioned, just call.

Thanks all for the suggestion to call. It worked out in my favour because the rates dropped for one of my nights so they made an adjustment there without me having to ask for it. And of course, added the extra night without issue. :woohoo::woohoo: Oh, and because it was MLife VIP, no charge to call, and they even told me I should call in to book more often so I don't need to leave a deposit.

I didn't think you could book SkySuites on mLife? I've never seen them listed before on direct/tier offers and I'm Platinum.

I see it as "One Bedroom Aria Suite" "Two Bedroom Penthouse" etc.
