My brother just messed up his foot at church tonight on accident and needs a scooter or wheelchair. He already feels bad that he even got hurt and had to go to the ER, and we leave on our trip tomorrow.

Anyone have ideas on how to get a wheelchair or scooter on short notice so he can still get around and sight see?

Do hotels offer wheelchairs for rent or scooters for rent?

Go to the concierge and ask. They will set you up. A scooter won't be cheap, but they will get you one.

Asking the hotel is probably the best/cheapest option. We've rented from here twice with good results, but they do charge $15 extra for same day delivery.

We rented at Bellagio (through the bell stand) and I think it was 40.00 per day but cheaper if a block of time...we picked up Thursday night and returned Monday morning and it was around 130.00. My dad was a very reluctant user but he quickly got acclimated and I was chasing after him once he was comfortable.

I believe the Bell Desk usually takes care of this for you.

My host has always arranged a wheelchair for me. The bellman will bring the chair right to my limo. If you don't work with a host, call the concierge prior to your arrival.
Contact your airline to arrange a wheelchair in terminal for you as well.

If your trip is to a casino, they will usually loan you one if you are staying in their hotel. I went to several last summer on the MS Gulf Coast after I fell off a ladder and broke my leg pretty bad (2 plates and 11 screws to put it back together) and all of them brought me a wheelchair out to the car as we valet parked.

I've never seen a wheelchair "loaned". We have always rented and charged to the room. The cost has been about $45 for 4 or 5 days. My host has always comped the wheelchair on the back end. This has been my experience in Vegas at several CET properties.

We used 702 Scooters last year. The scooter was at bell services when we arrived and we left it there when we checked out.
I seem to remember the price being around $12 a night.

My parents have used 702 Scooters twice. No problems and definitely best pricing in town. Highly recommend them.
