    My Trip Report

I'm currently on my last midnight shift at work and I have nothing but Vegas on my mind. Vegas, Vegas, Vegas. I should of just called in tonight since I'm not getting much done, except the minimal things. In about 12.5 hours we will begin the journey to CVG, avoiding I-75S at all costs, by way of I-275. The roadwork is getting unbearable in the Cincinnati area and I just flat out REFUSE to be on 75 in Cincy unless its after 6pm, and all the idiots are cleared off the road!

I was just out in Vegas in May with my gf, who was a Vegas virgin that trip! Needless to say I think she is now hooked and will be coming along on future trips as well.
This trip we will be going with two other couples, with two of the girls being Vegas virgins. Have plans to get them to a craps table on downtown Friday night!

    Players for this trip:

T- He's been a Vegas partner in crime of mine for about 5 years and we've known each other about 17 years.
B- She is a Vegas virgin and is T's fiancee.
J- Has been a few times to Vegas, but our trips have never aligned. He's ready to party hard with us how we do Vegas!
H- She is J's girlfriend and also a Vegas virgin.
N- My girlfriend who after one trip to Vegas last month now has the "disease" that is wanting to go to Vegas.

N and myself and J and H have rooms booked at Flamingo the whole trip, T&B have a room at the Mirage.
I double booked another comp offer for Cosmopolitan for Friday and Saturday nights.

    Preliminary plans:

    Thurs
Start the party off right with 18 drink vouchers on Delta
Check into our hotels get ready and meet up near Planet Hollywood for food. Dinner choices are yet unknown.
We will be seeing Marc Savard hypnotist show from a $10.00 groupon. If it sucks, won't be too upset since it was only $10.00 and could of lost 50x that in the casino during the time we spend at the show.

    Friday

Wake up early cab it to the rental center to pick up rental car. Got a good rate of $160 for a suv from Alamo for Fri through Tuesday.
Head to Cosmo and try to check in early, make the request for a North facing room.
Run back to Flamingo and hopefully have a good spot at the Go Pool that N and H saved for us. and HOPE to not have to pay $10.00 admission that I have been reading about.

    Friday evening

After 5-6PM head down to Fremont Street. Go to Vato's cigars and if the ALL YOU CAN SMOKE cigar special is still running, indulge on several house blend cigars throughout the night. If not, will still pick up a few for the night.
CRAPS! Take the group to a craps table at Binions or Golden Gate and make sure the Vegas virgins get a roll in. Its time to make $$$$$

    Saturday

Up early and go to Hoover Dam with J & H. Stop at Green Valley Ranch for a MyVegas redemption buffet along the way. Maybe stop at the Casino thats along 93 right outside of Boulder City, I forgot its name...but last trip I saw it and figured it would be worth a quick look. Railroad Pass Casino I think?

Back to the Strip for some pool time either at Cosmopolitan or the Mirage.

Stock the room up with a few bottles and watch the fireworks on the terrace

    The rest....to be determined.

I hate making daily plans for Vegas, usually just wing it!

Technically 3 female craps virgins.... N only played the Shoot to Win e-craps version last time, she didn't feel comfortable for a live table then....but she got hooked on the electronic version and will definitely play live this trip.

So N volunteered to go on stage during the hypnosis show. Without going into details, that was entertaining to say the least.

Before the show we stopped at Cheeseburgers for a quick eat and more beer. Service was ridiculously horrible and its not like the place was packed, it was pretty dead. Waiting 23 minutes after we ordered and still didn't at least bring our water out during that time... then we had to wait an addition 9 minutes past that time for our drinks we ordered just didnt fly. 32 minutes later we had our adult beverages and everyone was getting antsy for their food. Food didn't come until 51 minutes after we sat down. Not a way we wanted to start off with a first meal and the server, when told we have been waiting forever wasn't even apologetic, just said, "I'll see what time I put the order in, it hasn't been that long"

Unfortunately most of our group was tired after having lost our buzzes not drinking during the show. J, H, T, B all took the walk back to their hotels and N and I stopped into Planet Hollywood.
Craps tables were full and as I was walking around trying to find a spot to slide in, it hit me and I realized how tired I actually was.

I wasn't ready to just go to bed without having gambled yet - first trip to Vegas where its taken me 6 hours to make a wager on something!

We stopped at N's trusty Shoot to Win ecraps game and I had a quick triple up of the 20 I put in in about 4 minutes. Took that as a sign to call it a night and end in the positives.

Plans this morning are to get breakfast, pick up the rental car with J and check into Cosmo while N and H secure spots for us at the Go Pool.

Early morning slot play netted +80 on $1.00 2 credit Wheel of Fortune. Was down almost $200 when finally started getting spins higher than $20.00 on the wheel. Why cant hit decent sized ones the first few spins!?

No chip porn or slot pics yet, forgot to take my phone down when did the slots on our 5am wake up.

Not gonna wrap this one up live. Gone from a great trip to a bad one after N and I were attacked by two intoxicated guys in a elevator at Flamingo.

No security cameras in Flamingo elevators and their staff is a joke as well as the 3 hour response time by Metro
