I was watching Spinal Tap the other night and I saw my favorite scene where the band was trying to find the stage. They will yelling "rock n roll" but they became completely lost, to the point where they ended up in the boiler room. On another thread about Caesars people were talking about how they get lost there all the time. While I have a pretty good sense of direction, I can never find my way around PH. I get completely flipped around and end up back at the same starting point.

For many years, I had trouble in Caesars but I've finally got the lay of the land there. MGM is a maze to me.

PHo and the mall are a true clusterfuk, and talk about a bizarre valet. Venetian probably traps a few folks too. If you think of MGM as an "h" with one leg going to the reception area and underground and the other to the pool, etc. it's pretty easy. (Ignore the Marina/West Wing hall.)

OK, this is totally off the reservation, but last summer I got all twisted 'round traipsing around Fairmont Banff Springs.

MGM was a bit intimidating to me my first time in there, but I have no problems navigating it now. Never been in Caesars.

MGM for sure - last time I just gave up , sat down at a machine, and called my better half to come find me!
Also can't win on slots there so a double whammy for me.

I still get lost at Caesars. The forum shops and the whole casino are a maze to me. Maybe that is why I have never spent more than 30 min in that place.

I've got MGM down to memory.

I will admit it's a little confusing when walking inside Excalibur to LUXOR or Monte Carlo trying to find Aria and then the Bellagio tram.

The only misstep I had was walking back to MC from Aria. Wound up in a parking garage. Backtracked and found the direction sign I missed and was on my way.

I always get lost at Wynn and Encore. When Aria first opened trying to get from the strip to the casino was a major challenge, but it seems they have greatly improved that. I also have tried to cut through the forum shoppes numberous times and can never figure out how to go in the north entrance and end up in Caesars casino.

The last hotel I got disoriented in was Monte Carlo of all places. I had to ask how to get out of the place to the Strip on the south side. :(

The worst was the casino at City Center. I could not find the way back to the shuttle to Bellagio! I finally gave up and walked out and across the street to Planet Ho. Yeah, I had a few adult beverages. :) I asked a couple of times but did not understand the directions. :)

Got lost in Treasure Island a few weeks back. Entered coming from the Mall and couldn't find my way out. Finally exited through the valet area.

Yep. These are the three that always throws me. At Caesars the transition from the forum shoppes to the casino is mind boggling. The MGM is just one giant maze. And the Venetian is where I lose all sense of direction. One time at the Grand Canal shops I went in a circle. Couldn't find my way out to the Strip.

Anybody ever got lost at Red Rock casino? I did. :faint:

Me and the wife were cutting through the Monte Carlo to get to Zarkana at the Aria, I remember having to jump a railing t get down to the back alley which we took the rest of the way.

I can never find my way out of the Ex Cal...I once even had to go over to the security kiosk and ask for directions in order to get to NYNY. Took me a while, but I think I've finally figured my way around MGM.
