THE BEST collection of vintage Vegas I have ever seen and I'm only on page 21. Some of these 60 year old shots look better than my pictures taken with my digital camera. And don't get me started on the cars. Bravo.

The author of that site is on here and he has used a few of my older shots on the site. I see he has recently posted a few more of mine.

My uncle was the first one in my family to move from Boston to Cali. I have his pics from Vegas from the late 60's. I would love to show them but my new Cell is coming on Tuesday. I guess i could take pics of his pics and hopefully they'll come out. The original pics came out great, hopefully the pics i take of his pics come out sort of great....LOL.
I leave for Vegas in two weeks, my new phone camera is supposed to be pretty good with a lot more options

I like the story about the LA to Vegas plane ride with a night stay at the Hacienda. Models on the flight pretty good.

This has to be the absolute best collection of vintage LV photos there is.

There used to be another very good collection on line but they were so paranoid about people copying them that the photos were basically unviewable.

Cool....I think this link was on here before, but I forgot to bookmark it. I was just thinking about it the other day and was about to spend some time trying to find it. These are some great photo's.

A better alternative is to scan them. But then you'll need an 'all-in-one' printer with scan capability or something similar.

I'm not the scanner or printer type person. But thanks. Although i have a friend who does have both, maybe i'll try and see if he'll do it.

Most "office" and Fedex/Kinkos type places will scan them using a production-grade scanner for a fairly modest price, probably cheaper than what it would cost to send it to somebody to scan.

As I've said before, I'll be willing to scan small amounts of this type of stuff on our HP machine in our media center. However, it will probably be cheaper to just take it to Fedex/Kinkos.
