Made the correct decision to hit the Tag Bar last week..........three times. Massive beer list with very cool bartenders. No pressure over max bets or slow play. Has multiple flat screens for ball games and a couple tables that have taps mounted on the center of the table where drafts can be dispensed. Definitely a cool place to watch sports.:beer:

We had a great time there also, the bartenders are pretty beer savvy to go along with huge beer list. I had a few Dogfish Head Burton Batons that really crept up on me. Did pretty OK with the VP too.

There is actually an entrance directly into the Tag. In between Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville and Linq. As you first start the walk from the strip about 30 -40 yards from the Strip look to your left and the glass door for the Linq is marked also for the the Tag bar. No need to wander around Linq searching for it. The pay scales for the video poker were typical of the strip, for from the best.

Unless Loveman and co. got their filthy hands on them (some CET bars have been downgraded lately), the best games are 7/5 Triple Bonus Plus (97.67%), 6/5 Bonus (96.87%), 8/5 DDB (96.79%).

    Worst game 94.82% deuces. Lol

Best to savor the beer here and play slow.

Is any of the good stuff available on the main floor? Or are the floor games just as bad?

Tag has become one of my absolute favorite spots to just hang out in Vegas right now. Automated Roulette, tons of TVs, bartop VP and an amazing beer list make it a must-hit-several-times-per-trip kind of place.

agree, pay tables are crap, but the beer comp, nice HD sports and little things like a/c usb plugs under ur seat for phone charging makes this a very cool spot to get buzzed at. But as said play slow

Unfortunately I never bothered to check the multiplayer bj there. :( I wouldn't hold my breath on it being good (any 3:2 game) though.

Good to know about the plugs!

Yup that was our take on the place including savvy bartenders with a gift to gab. Go for the beer and atmosphere not the video poker pay scale.

Also FYI, you can get the full beer list comped while playing at any of the virtual games within the Tag lounge area (the blackjack or roulette). So for example, you could sit at the roulette and just do a spin every so often and still get the beers and watch the games. The cw service in there has always been pretty frequent for me too, as I believe they usually have someone assigned just for that area.

(There are a couple beers that I have been told can't be comped, but the majority of the list is good, as far as I know)

Does anyone know if there is a beer menu online any where? Headed there in a few weeks and want to try a couple new beers.

Search for a thread on craft beer. Someone had pictures of the menu. I think it was in the past couple weeks.

How does the "pour your own draft tables" work?

What are the beer options, and how many?
If you are playing, is this comped and fair game?
If not, how do you pay?

Does anyone know if you can order these beers from the live tables near by? There's a pit of games with high card flush, miss. Stud, blackjack etc...

I know they use the tablets with the waitresses so I wonder if it's an option on there
