Self Park on the South end of the structure, a few levels up. There is a short walkway/path directly from the garage to the side of Elara.

You can self park in the Miracle Mile/PH garage. It's a bit of a pain and the entrance to Elara isn't well marked. IIRC it's on the 3rd level in the SW corner of the garage...just look for the traffic jam of people loading/unloading their cars in the garage! I stayed there last July and loved the place except for the parking. Oh, and enter off of Audrie St...if you go the entrance to Elara off Harmon, there's really no place to park while you register and it's a maze to get to self parking.
