I just realized I didn't get a confirmation email for one of my reward purchases. I took a screenshot of the purchase screen with the redemption code. You think I can just present that at the casino and get the reward? I figure the MLife clerks are only looking for that code anyway since the email instructions always say take the code and photo ID to the desk. I've emailed MyVegas support, but I'll be surprised if they get back with me before we leave on Sunday.

Last October I picked up a Bellgio lunch buffet from my phone all the morning I wanted to use it; I thne proceeded to accidently delete the confirmation email; when I showed up at the Bellagio mLife desk and fumbled with my phone to get the code which wasnt there, the nice lady just looked it up in the computer and found it.

That was my experience, not sure if others had similar or found it the opposite.

The code would usually be quite sufficient. The only time I made sure to take a full copy of the email was when I had bought a reward and then they changed the terms on the next batch a few days later, so I wanted to have the full print-out showing the terms mine was purchased with. I have cashed in 6 rewards now and not needed a copy of the email, even in that situation where the terms were changed, so most likely you will be fine.

Sweet. Thanks for the feedback! That's what I expected, but I wanted to hear from somebody who'd had success with just the confirmation number.

I just write the codes down on a sheet of paper with what even they are for and that works fine.

I usually take a screen shot of the code and print it and bring it with me, but that is just for me. You don't need to do that. All you need is your players card, ID and redemption code. As Fenway68 stated, they can actually find your code in the system because your MyVegas reward is connected to your MLife account.
