Early 40's couple, Going to be staying at CP 5/7-5/11 for anniversary. Would like to spend an afternoon/ evening visiting as many bars as possible for 1 drink each place. Nothing too fancy... But as much variety as possible. Suggestions????

    Carnival Court at Harrah's.
If you like beer then I recommend TAG at the Linq.
    Chandelier bar at Cosmo.
    Peppermill.
Casino Royale has cheap drinks at their only bar.

For people watching nothing beats getting a drink and hanging out on the railing outside of Margaritaville at the Flamingo.

i love flair bartending and will give you a run down of where i would go and who I would see...im friends with many of the bartenders

Carnival Court my absolute favorite, you cant go wrong here...Bartenders 12-8pm: Flippy is the best, awesome, robyn, jaimie. 8pm-till Mig the iceman or vache

Tag bar: cant remember their names, they dont always flair but will if you ask

MargarittaVille 5 o'clock somewhere bar see Vladimir or Erin

Fuel Bar way in the back of the those new stores at ballys...see Robyn again, Vahe (vaches brother), my boy Sooshy Rholes.

    tilted kilt has flair sometimes

thats my top picks and #1 you want a good time, be entertained to the max plus a good strong drink. see Flippy at carnival court...This was this past friday...killer pic i got...flippy on the bottle stack, awesome behind...also they will let you do multipours and really interact with the people

That's awesome. I've been to Vegas 3 times and walked past this bar I don't know how many times and never stopped to have a drink or 7. On my list for this trip for sure.

It's probably a bit more "fancy" in terms of ambiance, but I always liked sitting out at Petrossian and watching people head through the Bellagio lobby.

That picture is insane. As for people watching, a lot of cosmo bars are good late at night. Can be tough to get a seat though.

just talked to all those guys last night...what I like about mig not only that hes the best ICE flair bartender ive ever seen is hes old school and uses non-weighted mixing tins, lot harder to flip/stall ect...IMO flippy is the best ive ever seen with flair and the stacks

vache told me hes probally coming back down to new orleans in july, then right after flippy said he was asked to go and a few others want to go for tales of the cocktail

It's really cool than they can do this stuff and all, but i wonder how much more tip money they get from it? They do some of some random flipping stuff at the catalyst bar at linq, and it usually tilts me more because service is slower as a whole. I definitely don't tip more due to it.

if they are slow with it you should go to a different bar...i tip $5 every drink 1 cuz i love it, 2 i know what it takes to do it and 3 they make strong drinks....there has been times where i tipped way more

as for good money...they make damn good money...wont say which friend but he told me his best night was $2800 followed the very next night with $2000....i use to bartend in 2 not so glamorous strip clubs here and I took home $200-$500 tax free dollars every night without the flair

Is there a good day and time to go to Carnival Court? I know you said 12-8, but just thought I'd check.

My wife and I like Cabo Wabo and sitting on the railing. One of the best for people watching and don't forget you have the fountains at Bellagio across the street.
