Was looking at prices on the TR website as I'm trying planning a trip to Vegas June 19-21st. The Rio was going for 950 a night every night for me.

Then I was starting wondering if there was a bottom price for everyone on the website, or do some people have suites/penthouse showing up as comped also?

In quicker words, can you tell me what the Rio Penthouse is going for you a night? : )

I'm a low-roller and don't frequent TR casinos too much. I'm getting an average of $1,421/night for the Rio Penthouse for the dates you've listed. I do have mid-week comp Classic rooms, though! Not bad for a low-roller...

I'm showing the same as you when logged into TR, $950 a night. While not logged in TR, it shows for $1420 a night for those days.

i see the same pricing if I look on my TR website. If I go through a host, it would be comped. I suggest contacting your host.

Thanks! Yeah, definitely going through my host. The computer programmer in was just trying to figure out how they built out their pricing schema. Seems like once you reach a certain "status", everyone sees the save price. Looks like they're a $400 - $450 bottom price allotment, depending on Hotel i.e. HW will take the Price and subtract $450 and if its less than 0, then it be comp, etc. In other words, the system can comp $400 - $450 on the front side.

Meaningless at the end of the day, but was just curious. Thanks again for piquing my curiosity.

My wife and I, Platinum and Gold. $1405 average. Something must be going on that weekend though cuz normally we're comped the classic or deluxe rooms and there going for $282 and $312 a night.

I know the wsop is going on that month also. A lot of poker players, and some with large bankrolls. Don't know if all stay at the rio, but there is a chance a few would be staying there and using up high doller suites and villas.
