    ...well, sort of.

    From the Venetian website:

"The Gold Lounge (Venetian High Limit Salon) & Platinum Lounge (Palazzo High Limit Salon) open 24 hours with 24-Hour Butler Service and “light snack” selections, for gold and platinum Grazie guests only. The entry to the Gold Club Lounge requires visitors slide their Gold or Platinum Grazie card to enter."

I thought it was kind of silly that one would be for Platinum only.

I will verify this on my trip in 5 days.

Yes, I think they really are lounges for separate levels. If you look on the benefits for gold, it states access to Gold lounge....then look at Platinum benefits and it states access to Platinum lounge. I forgot to go last trip.....will do next time but any insight would be appreciated!

Gold lounge is for gold & platinum card holders. Platinum lounge is for platinum card holders(over 175,000 tier points).

What fabriano said with one exception, if your host gives you VIP registration at Palazzo your room key graphic will be slightly different the regular room keys and will allow you access to the Platinum lounge even if not Platinum.

Actually, there are 2 VIP (Platinum) lounges. In the Palazzo HL Salon as mentioned and the 2nd lounge is located inside the Venetian VIP check in area (to the left of the normal check in counter).

Wait, so whats the difference in the "Gold" and the "Platinum" one? Is there even on? Where are they located?

Are we just referring to the lounges at the VIP check in desk, and the one behind the HL room on the Venetian side? Or are there actual Gold and Platinum ones located somewhere exclusive? If so I haven't seen them. My host just always codes my room key to have access to the lounge in the HL room and at check-in.

Hi Diana, I'm staying at Palazzo for the first time. Host has given me invited guest access so how does that differ from VIP registration at this property? Also, does your host provide any free show tickets or is this strictly points and card level based? Since this is my first trip - drop play provided access to a slot tournament and they will watch my play during this trip.

OK, I have verified. Platinum Lounge at Palazzo is Platinum ONLY. I didn't have my phone handy so I didn't take a picture of the sign placed prominently on the door.

The lounges are in the High Limit slot areas in both casinos.

They also have a Platinum lounge at the Venetian check-in area.

I've been in that lounge if you're referring to the one in VIP check in, and I am not Platinum.
