    Hi all,
Had some great recommendations from VMB on lots of areas and hoping for one last piece of advice on my trip from April 22nd-April 26th.

Looking to do bottle service on the Friday, on the cheap. There will be 7 of us on the Friday and looking to get away with no more than 1k between us...I rang a host and he thought I meant 1k each and said he "should be able to sort something"....might ring him back when I have a big win!!!!

Have priced the voodoo at about 800 for 2 bottles and a large bucket of beers...
Any thoughts guys? Thanks in advance, Mick

I saw the other day there was a bottle service groupon for Hard Rock. Might be worth a try. I think it was like $130 for the first bottle....

Hope you get some valuable responses... just seems this board has more posters who could tell ya if the buffet at the Fremont will give you diarrhea, than much about bottle-service... but as much as I LOVES to poke the geezers, sadly on this topic... I is one!

Don't forget about the sales tax, entertainment tax, and gratuities/service charges. That should tack on about 35-45% on the bill.

I know this sounds insane, but your best bet might be to get bottle service at one of the strip clubs instead if your alcohol budget is $1K all-in.

    Agreed with Pleepleus,

You may get away with $250 a person on the Wednesday or Sunday but even that would be a tier b/c venue and a remote location within the club.

Let us know if you pull something off.

Take a look at life at SLS and speak to someone there. It's a very nice venue and they usually have good package deals. Last trip my buddy got me 2 bottles of grey goose for $600 but it didn't include taxes etc.

Alesso is there that weekend at LIFE. It might be tougher than normal to get a deal on a table since he is a bigger name DJ than what they normally have, but definitely worth a shot.

    Bronco,

Do you have a contact host there? I am looking myself to check it out at some point during the next 2 weekends.

    Thanks!

$400 a bottle with some beer is a good deal........I know, I know, this bottle thing been around for some time but still. In days gone by, that 400 would buy a party for say 15, several bottles, food, dancing girls, few other non-alcohol related items and one hell of a hang-over...I miss those days

I can't see that on Groupon (or at lest can't find it). Got a link? How is the nightclub at Hard Rock?

Trust me, it is not worth it!! I think the club is or was called Vanity. Hard Rock is not what it used to be for the club going crowd when the place was in their hey-dey like the Palms. It's still a nice property to stay at but gets a much younger crowd for the club and rehab.

Only thoughts I have about the hard rock is having a blast during my bachelor party back in 2003 and my friend running club paradise across the street up until a few years ago.

Vanity was "closed" a couple years ago and is opened for private parties and special events only now. Hard Rock reopened Body English, the below ground level club that was very popular a number of years ago, but I don't believe it's come close to regaining it's former top-tier status. When it reopened they promoted it pretty heavy as an "after-hours" joint... this was when Drai's was located in Bally's during the Cromwell construction. Vanity absolutely drew a young crowd, but Body English actually is getting more 30+ year olds. It's not a "trendy" place, but is still very -well appointed and a comfortable place to party. A Casino Ambassador that was assigned to me for a time, became one of the primary host for the club and he got me to go in and check it out. I've been back a few times with clients and have enjoyed ourselves. We wouldn't be comfortable in Hakkasan, Light or those types of clubs that play mostly EDM and caters to the ravers, but the Body English vibe suited us fine, though one visit was a bit "urban" I guess I'll say.

Hi smartone! I knew vanity was on its last leg but was not sure when it was going to close. Body english and the name before it were the "hot" places. Im trying to remember the original name of the club but it was one of the best clubs in vegas when rain and ghost bar were popular. Never knew body english re-opened. Its just another reason to meet you at the hard rock during my next trip since I said that I would like to buy you a drink or 5 at your 3rd home (that penthouse you just bought is your second home lol)!! :nworthy:

Ha! Absolutely! The original club was called Baby's I'm told... that's before my time there... I only really rolled in about 2008 or so, but have had a lot of folks tell me how popular Baby's was.

Yes, it was called Babys!!! That was the "it" place. I actually met a bunch of celebs there and a few friends and I were hanging out with Chuck Liddell just when he became known as a UFC fighter. Now I feel old lol

To each their own, but bottle service anywhere seems pretty f*cking absurd to me.

People complain about a buffet that costs more than $12, paying resort fees, or a 6:5 BJ game but will pay $400+ for a bottle of booze. I suppose some would argue, "it's principle!" Whatever.

80% of that cost has to do with location , "prestige", comfort and access ;)
