    Hello everyone,

So I will be out in Vegas over Easter Weekend - any good tips on great Easter Sunday brunches? I'm looking for one with good champagne (I like it on the sweeter side, like an Asti), King Crab legs and just a good selection in general. I was thinking of Caesars or Paris ... thoughts? Thanks!!

Bouchon has everything you want on their regular brunch menu, no special Easter menu required.

We just made plans to do the Sterling Brunch on Easter Sunday. It was a last minute thing because other plans fell through. I think it's by FAR the best Sunday Brunch in Vegas but not everyone shares that opinion. But here's the thing, it's EASTER SUNDAY and if you think you're going to just arrive at any Sunday Brunch and sit down and eat you are mistaken. We wanted 11 am res at the Sterling Brunch and the closest we could get is 2:15 pm. And at any other non reservation brunch expect to wait in line 2 hours or maybe more. That is not IMHO a nice Easter Sunday Brunch experience. So just keep that in mind...........if you don't mind standing in line your options are plentiful in Sin City USA.

Very true! I've thought about the Sterling Brunch but I don't think my husband would like it, he's very picky. If we do one of the Harrah's properties, we're golden b/c we're both Diamond members so the lines would be at least somewhat shorter in that regard. But wow..you shot for 11 and ended up with 2:15... busy, crazy day! Enjoy the brunch!

With a diamond line pass you should be good to go......

Since we are coming in from the east coast our 2:15pm res will be more like dinner for us so I think it will work as long as they don't run out of anything that late. Paying $90 per person, I expect ALL the goodies people enjoyed at 9am. :)

Yeah, for $90 a head I'd expect that too! Esp. the lobster tails.. that would be the one main goody I'd be shooting for! :) Enjoy!!

Mandarin Oriental has cocktail crab claws and beautiful shrimp and oysters along with plenty of other things. Also, the desserts not only look good but they taste good as well. It's expensive but you can reserve a table. Call rather than do it online. It's a real treat.

My wife and I did breakfast at Bouchon two weeks ago. The meal was perfect and service was the same. I don't think you could go wrong there. Enjoy whatever you decide to do.
