PH is one of my favorite hotels, stayed there many times! Great location, young vibe and great rooms with a large bathroom, comfy beds and huge TV. Every room is movie themed with real requisites, I stayed at the "Casino" room once with nice Sharon Stone pictures :)

PH has a overall young crowd and atmosphere with music jamming and everything you want in Vegas. Also there is a 24 hour Earl of Sandwich - hands down the best sandwich ever!

I used to love their poker room, because it is in the middle of the action (not for everyone), but I heard they have moved it - might still be good because you get all kinds of players. Also they had a great tournament series during WSOP up at the mezzanine level.

I had some great room deals for the PH, but unfortunately Total Rewards has gotten a little stingy and with the new resort fees the rooms have gotten quite expensive. At least for a low roller like me :)

I love the vibe and location. I love the big bathrooms too. Regular rooms are a bit on the small and dark side. Pool is a bummer.

I've stayed there probably 60-70 times. My favorite hotel for the young vibe, location and just atmosphere. I really like the rooms and the Miracle Mile mall which is attached as well. Any specific questions?

PH casino is one my favs also. Love the music and the younger vibe. I find the rooms to be on the small side (except for the bathrooms). It maybe the oversize furniture or the low ceilings, I'm not sure. I've started staying at the Elara which is attached to the miracle mile mall. I get a huge room, its short indoor walk to PH and to the center of the strip.

Mike how's the bar scene there? Similar college aged vibe as well?

PH is my home base! Here's a breakdown of my ratings (1-10, 10 the best) and light notes:

Location: 10, it's in the middle of everything.
Gaming Floor: 10, best staff I've encountered. I will note, much better in the evenings, they know how to have fun. Great atmosphere, loud, high energy, adequate drink service, reasonable table minimums.
Hotel: 6, the place is due on a round of upgrades. Large bathrooms! It's still much better than your average hotel, it's just tired.
Dining: 5, it doesn't do much for me, Planet Dailies is a good breakfast spot. I'd go elsewhere to eat otherwise.
Pool: 3, I know there's worse but it's a disappointment. Think two pools in a Walmart parking lot.
Time From Airport: 8, If the driver doesn't try to dick you and will take Koval to Harmon, like 10 to 15 minutes with light traffic.
Staff Overall: 10, for the property's flaws the staff has always been fantastic.

Guest check in is on the lower level, it's kinda strange.

Bar scene is good but if you're looking for clubs, Drais at the Cromwell, marquee at Cosmo or Hakassan at MGM are better. I forget the name of what opened where Gallery used to be but it always seems to have a lineup of the younger crowd. There's good people watching in the casino at the bottom of the elevators. PBR Rockbar near the South casino entrance I. The miracle mile had a good crowd as well.

For more relaxing atmospheres, there's the Heart bar in the center of the casino and the halo bar near the Axis theatre where Britney etc. Perform.

I think PH has one of the most beautiful, eye-catching casinos out there. And, several of my favorite restaurants and bars are in the mall that surrounds it. As others have noted, it's in prime real estate to boot.

I'd have to agree. Liking the vibe here at ph although dining options in the casino itself are limited. Miracle mile offers a few. I'm staying at the Jim Carrey themed room. Average size room but bathrooms are big.

Can't seem to insert pics from my phone... Will do so when I get back home.

I like this place. I've only stayed here a couple of times but the rooms were decent. I love the casino floor, always enjoy playing craps here.

Casino is awesome, and the party pit has some of the best looking dealers in Vegas. It's good if you're playing craps or roulette, but don't let the eye candy sucker you into playing 6:5 blackjack.

I agree with all of the above. I loved the atmosphere, but the pools are a joke, and that's what keeps me from ever staying there again.

My wife and I stayed there a year and a half ago and loved it. The room was smaller than any other I've had on the strip, and showing its age. For a coffee fix, they have two Starbucks, which is a little disappointing, as I prefer to get my morning overpriced coffee and pastries from somewhere not quite as ubiquitous. Those are about the only "complaints" I had.

Nice energy in the casino--even during the day--but not really a complete "college student" vibe, in my opinion. I'm actually a middle-aged college professor and I felt completely comfortable there--unlike at Cosmo (which I think is a beautiful property). I've played at the tables at PH with people of all ages, from college-aged to 80-something. The music is loud, but not as loud as at other places (the D downtown, for instance).

The jalapeno poppers at BurGR are delicious, and my wife and I have had surprisingly good meals at Yolo's (Mexican) and Planet Dailies (the 24-hour coffee shop). Last trip, I tried Pop-Up Pizza and it was good--not as good as Five50 at Aria, but good.

Looking forward to returning... the countdown timer right below this is ticking down very, very slowly...

Great location, good food options, really fun casino, great Bellagio fountain views. I only get regular Hollywood Hip rooms comped so haven't stayed in several years as the rooms are incredibly dark...very poor lighting and quite small. As others have said, bathroom is nice and has good lighting. If I gave CET more play and had larger rooms comped, I'd probably stay more frequently.

Well PH has typically been the only place I have stayed over the past 6 years 2x a year. Trying something new in April. But I really like PH. Spice Market for breakfast is perfect. Absolutely loved Yolos but you cannot use your TR points there. Staff has always treated us well. Always stay in a Resort room so great views and super large bathrooms. Table games are all the ones I like, dealers in the evening are super fun!

We really enjoyed our stay at PH last year and are really looking forward to our stay in May. We loved breakfast at the Earl of Sandwich, lunch at Yolos and a huge slice of pizza at Pin-Up. The room was a tad on the small size but the bathroom more than made up for it.

Stayed there about 5 years ago and it was pretty good. I was comped 5 nights in the Hollywood Hip room and tried the $20 trick at checkin and got a Resort Vista. The room was quite large, around 500 sq ft and was well appointed. We really liked the younger vibe of the casino even tho we're not young..lol Maybe because that year we did really good gambling wise and most of the bigger wins were at PHO. My only negative I have to inform you is the bad pool experiences we had all five days. The music was so loud with those huge speakers vibrating every beat, we hardly could carry a conversation. We even moved to the furthest end away from those speakers where it was somewhat bearable but still not acceptable by my standards. I guess that's the drawback from the "younger vibe casino" and being a senior citizen LOL.
BTW, I made a reservation for my next trip in July at PHO so I hope things haven't changed much cuz I really like the casino. Good Luck !
