Not sure what protocol is here... Last trip to wynn I was given free tower room, $300 free play, $100 daily food credit, and limo to/from the airport... All offered upfront. This upcoming trip I was barely offered the free room and that's it.

My play is the same as it has been the last several trips. I wonder if my host simply forgot to offer the other stuff and I should ask for it. Or, do they never forget to offer what you're entitled to?

The only thing that can't wait til I arrive is the limo.

    Thoughts? And thanks in advance.

the rule in comps is you don't get what you don't ask for.

I would definitely ask what about the other bennies you got last trip.

    yep that's always possible too.

OP, post what your play was from last trip and we can help determine what you really deserve.

My Wynn host has been significantly less "generous" of late as well (despite a pretty steady level of play over the same time period). I think they've just tightened the strings a bit over the past 12-18 months.

I'd heed shifter's advice and ask for whatever you think your play "deserves". Especially with the Tower Room and limo, the latter of which is pretty much a gimmie for anyone with a host.

I got a teaser offer from Wynn about 3 years ago for a comped room for 2 nights. Back then I played primarily UTH at $15 ante, sometimes $25 ante. After that teaser offer, I have never gotten the same offer again. I have not played their since that offer, and the only offers they send now are one comp night with a paid night. They seem to adjust very quickly after a teaser offer is used, as my play back then most likely did not even warrant the two free nights.

    Thanks everybody.

Shifter I accumulate around 10,000 points per day on my red card, playing 75% VP ($15-30 per hand) and 25% slots ($4-20 per spin).

Timspeed it wasn't a teaser since these good offers started on stay #14 for me in 8 years. My play has gradually increased over that time and so have the offers.

Thanks carve--I didn't know limo was a given!

Lol. I don't necessarily know that it is. But I've never been turned down for one anywhere - and I usually rack up 7500-8000 points/day at Wynn, so I was pretty confident that you should have little problem getting one.

Sounds like some FP and F&B is deserved.

I would check in with your host about it and ask for it.

Las Vegas is one of the special places on Earth where most rules in life are discarded,

But this rule is firm. You don't get what you don't ask for. Hosts are there to take care

of those who graciously spend their hard-earned money. It's a symbiotic relationship

that needs to be nurtured to get the most out of it.
